Quick and painless. Made online appointment and was told they were a little behind when I got in. Got tire rotation and I expected to to pay for it, however they reminded me since I got my tires there I get rotations free for the life of the tires. Professional and courteous staff. Even though they were behind schedule they got me out in a respectable time.

I have been going there since 2003. They have treated me fair. They take care of my vehicles and I have never had any problems with their repairs. If any problems come up, they take care of them properly. I have always been able to work out the prices well with them. They offer a lifetime front-end alignment when you buy a new vehicle.
