Had absolutely no problems -- they were quick and efficient and I loved the result.

I called to get an estimate and Karol was able to come to my home the same day to take a look and explain how he would install the units and the positive and negative apsects of mounting the indoor units in various locations. He was very informative and knew his products well. He even talked me out of getting a third unit and suggested that I get lower BTU indoor units. I was originally planning to to get three 9,000 BTU indoor units but he advised that two 7,000 BTU units positioned in specific locations would yield the results I was looking for. I like the fact that he was not trying to oversell me. In the same night he was able to email me a detailed quote and I scheduled the install the next day.
The day of the installation was a breeze, Karol and his team arrived on time and worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. While his electrician was working on the new line, Karol and his other worker were working on mounting the indoor units. Their attention to detail was tremendous. Before any work began, they laid out tarps along the floor and work area to keep the house clean. They were very diligent about cleaning up after themselves. They worked quickly to get the indoor units installed to minimize the disruption to my family's day to day. The installation of the outdoor unit followed the same path, they made sure the all the pipes and wires were concealed using Slimduct decorative covers and layed them out in a neat and aestheticly pleasing manor. Much like inside the house, they cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash with them. Once all the units were setup, he performed various tests. Once the tests were complete, he gave me a very detailed walk through on how to operate the system and what the various settings were, as well as giving me the most commonly used settings.
Overall, I was very pleased with the service. The quality of their craftsmanship is excellent. They were very good about communicating what they were doing and explained the positives and negatives of doing things certain ways. They are nothing but professional. At no time during the process did I feel pressured in any way. I remembered reading reviews on them and a few people mentioned that they felt that the pricing was expensive. Based on my experience I feel the pricing was fair for the quality of work they provided. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends, and I would definitely hire them again.

TNT were exceptionally responsive and very expensive. They did the repair flawlessly on my ductless unit that was leaking and then knocked me on my back when I got the bill. Still, my fault I didn't ask for an estimate. The bottom line is I needed a firm with experience in my Fujitsu units and they responded immediately. I had been in touch with 3 other firms who were recommended by Fujistu and they all were awful in one way or another. Yes, we get what we pay for.,

On time. Roof work w no crane! Competitive and best technology - Fujitsu. I researched installers and mfg of AC for 1 yr before selecting TNT. 5 bids requested. TNT prevailed.

Finished all work in one day, and placed back any furniture that needed to be moved for the completion of work.
