Liberty did a great job removing my 45 year old clunker and replacing with a highly rated Weil-McLain house heat boiler. All done in one day. Outstanding work at a competitive cost. (I checked around with four companies.) Lisa worked out a very attractive deal and sent over three really great guys to do the job. From start to finish I had a great experience. My AC/Heating was not working. Their coordinator Lisa was forthright and extremely helpful.Their on field technical expert Jack came to my house promptly and made a correct diagnosis and finished the job expeditiously.Apart from being super competent he was extremely honest and humble. I have been dealing with Liberty for many years. This summer, the compressor in my air conditioner condenser died during the hottest week. Lisa was responsive to me and did what she needed to to get me a replacement unit within a reasonable time frame. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing. I would definitely call them again if I have anymore issues.

From the start with Lisa the point person to Scott and his team that came to install the unit totally professional and respectful of our property. On time and explained the process of what was happening with our new furnace. This company, I totally recommend for your heating and air conditioning need.

Customer service sucks.... waited for a call back for almost 3 weeks, I have to call my home insurance to get thru to this company. A/C not working for 3 weeks especially drought season . Undeceived to make a decision on existing A/C problem in our part, waited for their professional opinion /action . The secretary seems to be very knowledgeable and can diagnosed your AC problem thru the phone . As I am hearing this conservation thru the phone with my wife few weeks back. If a customer left you messages over / over for weeks ,do you think you deserved a call courtesy call regardless what the outcome . Totally not acceptable . To my dismay and aggravation not worth it .

Mike was extremely helpful and very responsive. Although this wasn't a big project, he tended to it as if it was. I'm very happy with the repair and will definitely use Mike again! And thanks Lisa for also being so responsive!

Friendly Mr. Vinny came on time and checked a/c unit. Mr. Mike came for extra help for inspecting unit . They found the spot and fixed unit in rain. Liberty accepted my coupon from Angie's list and service charge is fair. What else you expect more ? I am glad I can recommend this service to my friend.

Excellent. Jack was very knowledgeable and immediately replaced 2 fuses. Checked the entire system and explained a few things to me. Very pleased.

Technician Justin from Liberty came on time. He checked unit and changed defected part both heating and a/c. He had new part in he's truck. That work was done very professionally and well explained. He took my coupon for discount. What else you want from repair company ? :) I would definitely call this company again in the future.

Very easy to schedule via the app. Very responsive. The y showed up right on time despite the inclement weather that morning. Explained every thing and completed the job very quickly. I would definitely use their services again.

Liberty did a great job. We couldn't be more satisfied. They were assigned to our job order through American Home Shield. After getting the run around from another company, Liberty quickly called us set up an appointment to assess the issue. The representative arrived early and let me know they would take care of our steam pipe leak right away. In less than 48 hours they had approval from American Home Shield, had contacted me to set up an appointment and had the job completed. The two gentleman who came to our home to fix the pipes were professional, considerate, kind, personable and skilled. I would absolutely use them again.

It went very well. They were very polite and professional. They came when they said they would. The boiler mechanic knew what he was doing as everything went smoothly.

The unit is very old and parts are beginning to deteriorate. Mike was very professional, explained the situation and showed me exactly what was happening.

After a month of no heat and dealing with other subpar hvac guys, I requested my home warranty change the contracted company.. they assigned liberty. They scheduled me within 2 days, the technicians came prepared and knew what they were doing. I got clear answers and definite plans. When a needed part was found broken, the technician went to retrieve it and came back within an hour (not days like another company I had the displeasure of dealing with). When that piece wasnt correct, the technician informed me he had to order an original piece. I prepared for a cold, unheated weekend and started making plans to transfer, with my baby, to a hotel. Within a few hours, Lisa called me, I assumed to reschedule.. no! They found the part, a technician drove "very far" to pick up the piece and was heading back! The same day! Unheard of in this day to have a company and its technicians take responsibility for a repair! I actually cried in relief when Lisa called me. Responsible and Professional are almost too simple to describe how Liberty handled my repair. They cared that I didnt have heat and took measures to correct it. My house was a warm hug from them just hours later (minutes before a freak heavy snowstorm)! I am holding on to the contact info and am spreading the word among friends and family Thank you Lisa, Sonny, and Nick! True heroes

i have used liberty plumbing and heating several times. i first got them through my home warranty service. i can't say enough positive things about this company. from the women who schedules the appts to the service people, all our courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. i only wish all service companies were like liberty plumbing and heating.

Liberty Heating and Air Conditioning is such a great company. The response time is unbelievable. We have used them for three different units in our house over the past year. Each time we had an issue we discovered it at night after hours and before the night was up we already had Liberty scheduled to come the next day. They get in touch with you almost immediately and they come right out. Each time they were able to properly diagnosis and fix our problems. Most recently they came and replaced the circuit board and filters in our heating unit. Thank you Liberty for such great service and great value! We will be using them again in the future for all our AC, heating and plumbing needs.

Bottom line, you’d be foolish to use anyone else other than Liberty Plumbing. Lisa and her staff are absolutely incredible. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, courteous and thorough. We’ve had numerous HVAC/Heating issues the past several years and Lisa and her team have come through each and every time!!! They truly are incredible.

Job was done efficiently and effectively. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would hire them again for future jobs.

Called them in the morning and they were there in few hours during an extremely hot day. They explained the cost up front before coming and applied the service fee to the repair. I'm sure they were very busy but was able to find the time to come over immediately on such a busy day. Would definitely call them again in case of AC issue!

Our central air stopped working on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend (which was a very hot day). I reached out to Liberty, who had done an inspection and routine maintenance on the unit just weeks before, to see if we could get someone in. Of course, since it was a holiday weekend, they didn't have anyone available (which i is understandable), but they said they would send someone early on Tuesday morning. Sonny arrived before 8 a.m., and go the unit up and running very quickly. I appreciate that they were able to get it done quickly, and it was covered by a waranty of the earlier work. I will definitely use them again for all my heating and a/c needs.

I used Liberty because it was referred by American Home Shield. This company is absolutely AMAZING! Lisa, has been communicating with me throughout the whole process. I had no air for 6 days and my kids were flipping out. She made sure that my part was in the supply house and had a guy come the second they found it. What company cares about your well being?? The guy came within 20 min! Some companies send out people that have no clue what to do! Not Liberty!! They are hard working, detail oriented and know exactly how to fix the problem! Thank you again Lisa at Liberty and the crew! We are forever greatful!! It is the little things in life that really matter!

Liberty Heating & Air is a top notch company. Their employees are professional and responsive. I have never had better lines of communication with any other contractor. Lisa in the office is fantastic. She worked very hard to solve my problem and always kept me apprised of the progress of my project - even after hours and on weekends. Justin and Scott installed my new air conditioning unit and couldn't be any better. They were respectful of my situation and went out of their way to make me happy. They arrived at my house earlier than promised and finished the job earlier than anticipated. They were neat, courteous and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
