The price charged was fair and all charges and repairs were described in depth. I would happily recommend this service provider and will use again when needed.

Wish there was an option to give an A+. Not many companies offer this level of honest, responsive, professional, courteous, competitively-priced service. Green Apple tried hard to breath life back into our old, failing, central a/c. When it became apparent that nothing further could be done, they installed a new 2-unit system on a Saturday, during a heatwave, at a great price, and called back 2 days later to make sure all was working to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

This company advertised 24-hour services and 1) picked up the call immediately (after 8 pm) 2) was able to respond quickly and 3) had our furnace repaired by 11 pm. The technician was courteous, efficient and made the additional effort to measure carbon monoxide levels near the unit and in the living area. We were very pleased with their services and will contact them first in the future. Pleasant, knowledgable and fairly priced.

Amro and his colleague called me when they were 15 minutes away and arrived on time. Took a look at the system and found out the cause why it was malfunctioning. I heard many stories about people taking advantage and asking to change or make unnecessary fixes. Amro was to the point, explained what was the cause and fixed it. I liked his honesty and would definitely recommend him. Thanks.

Great. I doubt many people would even try to do this difficult work. They had to crawl into an extremely tight space under the porch to replace the pipe. I'm grateful that Amro and his partner agreed to do it--expensive, but worth it. All their work was professional and neat. Communication about scheduling and timing was easy and clear.

Dean was here same day, and did a full check of the system. Moreover, he went through the house and provided suggestions on how to make the A/C more effective. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs A/C services!

I scheduled them for service and unbelievably he said he could do it the next day and we scheduled for a 12pm service. I took off work to stay home for them to come for the service. Around 1pm, I gave them a call to see if they were still coming. They said yes they are on the way. Then at 3pm I called again and they didn't even pickup. They didn't even call me to say they were not coming! In good faith, I called again today to reschedule. I didn't even bring up that they stood me up last time. Once again, I gave them my phone number and address. They told me they would call me back in an hour with availabilities and frankly it sounded like I had just woken up some guy in his bed.

We woke up the day before Christmas Eve to discover a broken boiler. We called Green Apple based on recommendations here at Angie's List. We were not disappointed. Green Apple arrived promptly. They treated us courteously. Their communication---both on the phone and in person--- was excellent. When a secondary problem emerged the following day (Christmas Eve), once again they arrived promptly. They solved our problems efficiently and we will definitely call them again, should there be future problems.

It seems like the HVAC person did almost nothing. He was in and out in under 15 mins. The worst part is that he did not detect issues with the humidifier attached to the furnace. I called someone else a few days later because I wasn't sure anything was checked the first time. The other HVAC person I called detected mold (!!) in one of the humidifier tubes and replaced the tubes.
