They postponed the appointment twice. Finally came after the third time. Tried to up sell to a much more expensive service I.e. they said that the dryer needed to be taken apart to clean the lint that was stuck inside the dryer. Never heard of doing that. Not even sure that they cleaned the whole dryer tubing since it is a long tube.

Our technician was trying to provide you with best service and no one didn't want to get extra from you, opposite, we tried to warn you that is a fire hazard to have lint on wire connections on a very bottom of dryer unit and its not easy to get there and of course it would cost a little more, nobody wants to work for free, right? And you was only asked if you want to do it or not. that's all. thank you for understanding Dmitry Viltovski"

Very nice hard working young men. THey worked from noon to 11 pm getting everything done. What started as simple vent cleaning turned into refurbishing of the units. Overall satisfied and plan to use them for yearly maintenance.

They arrived a little late for the appointment, but went over the home and what the job would entail. Decided to hire them on the spot and they spent the rest of the day until late in cleaning the blower unit as well as the ducts and registers, insulating the duct work from our laundry room and also cleaning the dryer duct. They worked well, keeping things clean and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. They were more expensive than others, but they did a very good job, working to thoroughly ensure the ducts were cleaned.

Dmitry and team came to inspect the vent cleaning job same day and stayed late to do the work in our home. The work was a bit more complicated than originally thought but they came up with a solution and worked with us every step of the way. They were attentive and very respectful to keep our house clean. Dimitry from Dustless Ducts was very responsive to my request and provided great quality work and was very courteous and helpful. He cleaned my dryer vent and fixed duct work that I didn t know was a fire hazard. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.
