I am extremely happy with the service I received. The part had to be ordered and came in exactly when they told me and then they quickly scheduled an appointment to install it (part notice arrived Saturday afternoon and I had an appointment for Monday!). Sebastian was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and quick. I will definitely use them again when needed and ask specifically for Sebastian.

Technician arrived promptly, quickly confirmed that the dishwasher drains and fills normally and advised that if the problem of running continuously persisted after a chemical cleaning, the problem was a faulty control board. Estimate for the replacing the control board was about $450 minus the initial $100 service fee, too much to sink into an old dishwasher, we all agreed. However, a new control board can be purchased online for $200 and the old one easily replaced, which would have been a worthwhile repair for me to do myself. The control board was replaced, but did not change the problem performance of the dishwasher in any way. A call to Appliance Master was quite unsatisfactory. They quite rudely implied that I could have ordered the wrong part or installed the control board incorrectly; and there was nothing they could do since I was not a "professional" and suggested I "call the manufacturer". I called another Bosch technician who told me the problem sounded more like a faulty water heater assembly. I don't mind paying $100 for a correct diagnosis, but Appliance Master should assume some responsibility if the diagnosis is incorrect. Lesson learned: Appliance companies prefer not to repair old appliances. Ralph's Appliance in Nazareth used to be more honest about it - they would not service any appliance over 8 years old.

Very happy with my experience with Appliance Master. Had a non-draining dishwasher I tried to fix myself but no luck. So based on Angie reviews I contacted Appliance Master. Very easy to work with and set up an appointment. James C came on time and fixed it very quickly (I should have figured it out myself). So also asked him about issue with the stove. He diagnosed it quickly and ordered the replacement part. Came back today and fixed it quickly. Would definitely use them again.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Sebastian arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional. We had to wait for a part to be delivered; same timing and professionalism the second time around. We used Appliance Master many years ago and if necessary, we will call them again.

It went very good. Louis was very knowledgeable and friendly. He initially told me the ice maker would need to be replaced but soon after he left it started working again. I called to let the office know we didn't need Louis to come back and replace the ice maker. They credited back the difference between the service call and my 50% deposit. We actually had our stove stop working the very next day and I called to schedule having Louis come back out.

I called Appliance Master after having a very bad experience with another repair company. While I had to wait some time to get an appointment, because there was a cancellation due to Covid, I can honestly say it was well worth the wait. The technician, James C. who came to repair my DCS Oven was amazing. First, I should mention that the service charge was half of what another company charges. Secondly, it is deducted from the cost of the service call if you decide to proceed with the repair. I was very fortunate that my tech was honest, efficient, friendly, patient and explained that he just needed to replace the pilot ignitor. I was also very fortunate that he had one on his truck. He was done in under 90 minutes. I also asked about some of the pilot lights that were on the blitz on my stovetop, he patiently explained what it would take to repair it and help me ***** whether or not the cost would be worth it. That is excellent customer service!! There is no doubt I would call Appliance Master again and refer them to my friends. I took the time to write this detailed review because James provided excellent service and it is worth sharing. A shout out to Kari and the girls in the office, for their friendly and professional demeanor.

We had used them before and knew that if we didn't hire them to do the job that there would be a service charge. They came on May 4, 2021 and said that we needed a new garbage disposal. We gave them a down payment of $500+. Never heard from them again. I called several times and was promised a call back . . . nothing. Finally, I got an email in August saying that the part was back ordered. They had our money for 4 months. I am sorry but the fact that they use only one company to get the garbage disposal, is not my problem. My sink was backing up for months with junk. I held up my side of the contract, they did not. They refused to refund the entire down payment. They said that they were entitled to the original service fee because they diagnosed the problem - the garbage disposal was broken. I did not need them to tell me that. IT IS VERY BAD BUSINESS on their end. So, be very aware that this company will not do the right thing by their customers.

The tech was very knowledgeable about diagnosing. He wrote up a work order and explained that if under 10 years it would be covered by parts and maybe labor. So I called LG and they were ready to start the process of getting the part to Servicemasters. When I called back Servicemasters to find out how much the labor would be because it was not itemized They told me they do not service LG because they do not have the warranty contract. If I were able to diagnose And also know they don’t service LG warranties, I would have chosen another company that does. So stuck with a $103.00 payment for nothing. Unfair to the consumer and terrible business manner. Would never recommend them to anyone . Sadly the tech was the best part .

They were not informed of the warranty status of your LG refrigerator and since we do not perform LG warranties and are not their representatives we would not be able to determine the warranty status of your appliance. Had our office known prior to sending a technician we would have informed you that we do not do their warranty work and have referred you to LG for further assistance. The $106.57 that was paid for the diagnosis that our technician performed and you were given a quote for the repair. You were provided with an explanation of this fee when scheduling this appointment over the phone through E-mail prior to your technician's arrival. We do appreciate your honesty regarding the expertise of our technician and apologize about this negative experience."

Donny arrived right on time, both visits. He assessed the problem quickly and returned within about a week with the new part. Repair was accomplished very quickly and the oven has been working great since the repair at the end of Dec. 2020. Donny and his assistant were both very nice and totally professional. I would definitely recommend Donny and Appliance Master. I also liked the emailed appointment confirmations I received shortly after scheduling on the phone.

Terribly! After appointments were scheduled incorrectly, diagnosis was incorrect followed by wrong parts being ordered and no urgency from management to fix the issue at all; I would describe my experience as terrible. If you need your appliance repaired stay far away from Appliance Master in Flemington.

"You're right! Our scheduler confused you with another customer and moved the wrong appointment. For this I apologize. As for the diagnosis, Tom used his Samsung software to help diagnose the unit. He was instructed the issue was a control board that was then ordered. After installation the same failure occurred. Tom next followed up with a telephone call to Samsung. The Samsung tech support person told him to replace both controls boards. At this point you decided not to proceed with us even though Tom offered you a discount on the repair. Honestly, I can't blame you for being upset with this comedy of errors. All I can due at this point is repeat Tom's offer of the discounted repairs, apologize again and assure you this level of service is not representative of the quality we have been delivering to the community for the past 38 years."
