Repair was made with no problem. The issue is this company is connected to Bucks County Well Drilling in Pennsylvania where my initial call was transfered to. I'm in central New Jersey. I used Somerville Well Drilling 3 years ago and a pair of local repair men came to my house. Another pair came to my house this time, but because they traveled from Pennsylvania to New Jersery I was charged $150.00 travel time. When I called Somerville Well Drilling, I expected someone local to come to me. I was not told of a travel charge either. I spoke with John at Bucks County and after negotiations he offered to reimburse me the travel fee. The work was done on 12/3/18. I have not received a reimbursement check as of 1/12/19.

These guys were great - explained everything they were going to do, why it needed to be done and gave a detailed quote. They explained that it may be cheaper depending on what they found when they got into the job. When they came to do the work, they were on time and got the job done quickly. When it came time to pay, he explained that it was less than he had quoted because it was not as difficult as he had expected. I was amazed that he was that honest and straightforward. I will use them again for all of my well issues and maintenance.
