Signed the contract and also collected 1/3 of the amount to replace existing gutter. Rescheduled the initial appointment and did not showed up on the day of the service without any advance notification.

the price was much higher than we expected when we bought the deal. It turned out to be an reasonable price. Took them much longer than expected to qoute the work and then do the install. The work was done well.

They were a NO SHOW!! Salesman gave a fair price for work. Contract written, signed and $200 deposit given. Contract stated work must be done on April 26, 27 or 28 2017. Company cashed deposit check and one week later never called to confirm appointment. Had to call salesman and was given appointment for April 27, 2017 at 12pm. 1230pm Russo hadn't showed so I called and was told that the crew was delayed and would be there shortly. Few minutes later office called and said I wasn't even on the schedule! Office manager Eddie came to the phone and then stated that my date had to be pushed to May 1, 2017 because they were behind due to weather! I was never contacted about this change and burned a vacation day for nothing!! Will never use or recommend this company to anyone!

The job itself went very well. They were extremely accommodating. I guess the only issue I had was that I was not able to be there on a certain day and I clearly explained it to their office a week in advance. They scheduled it anyway and so I had to do some re-arranging of my schedule and it really made things difficult for my work day.

Made an appointment, they showed up when they said they would and did a great job.

They're very responsive. They replied right away after I bought the deal to schedule the appointment. They showed up when they said they would. It was very thorough as far as what they came in to do, there's not complaints there. What I like, they sent me another soliciting more service, but they actually sent the other work that they do, they don't just clean gutters, and it was actually other work that I was looking to get done.

He performed the gutter cleaning and repaired some small damages.

They showed up on time, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. It is kind of basic work and they do it fine.

I loved them! I recommended them to other people as well. He does a really nice job, cleans up nice afterwards and everything. I give him a 10 star instead of a 5. Price was reasonably. They did the whole house. At that time it was very busy. Very nice man. I would definitely use them again and tell other people about them as well.

Gutters were cleaned. The clean up could have been better -- we have clumps of debris left on the ground.
