Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

I have posted a positive review in the past, calling Marc my "go-to-guy". He still is. Today, Marc just left again after another successful carpet cleaning. Over the course of about 18 months, Marc has been back to clean carpets on a couple occasions, clean all the upholstered furniture in the house once, and on another occasion, clean a sofa that had been the victim of a very sick child. Each time, the work has been exemplary. Just today, he managed to get tar out of our upstairs extremely light colored carpets! And, he helped me dismantle a bed to clean underneath. I love the fact that the carpets are dry so quickly and his prices are very fair. Marc has been the consummate professional each time I have dealt with him. I strongly recommend him.

We called Heaven's Best to clean a pair of love seats that needed cleaning. The advice Marc gave us was that the type upholstery and age of the love seats would make restoring them to a 'like new' condition very unlikely. He could have agreed to clean them with the same disclaimer and we probably have tried. We liked him very much. However, based on his honest assessment of the furniture and the probability that the results would not meet our expectations, we decided to replace the furniture rather than try to clean it. We will definitely use Heaven's Best for any future jobs.

Service arrived punctually. He told me where he might have trouble removing stains and provided an update as he cleaned each area. A very professional service.

As always, the experience was exceptional. Marc works quickly, thoroughly and carefully. Carpets are dry in no time--couldn't ask for anything more.

Marc responded quickly to my phone message and It was easy to schedule a convenient time for the work to be done. He called before he came to let us know when he would arrive. After he looked over the area to be treated, he explained his method of cleaning and confirmed the price he had given us on the phone. We had most of furniture removed but he moved what he could of what was left and then put it back. I was satisfied with the results and would use him again.

GREAT. The owner (Marc) not only answers the phone and sets the appointments, he also does the work himself. He fit me in during a busy week, arrived promptly, and was completely professional. Marc is also a bit of a perfectionist, which I LOVE. One of my loveseats was older and more stained than the other two. He took his time and meticulously cleaned them. When I had a question about one of the loveseats, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I would HIGHLY recommend Marc and Heaven's Best Cleaning to anyone.

Marc gave me an estimate on the phone based on the size of my house and the rooms I wanted done. He scheduled the appointment to my convenience. On the day of the service, Marc ran into problems with his first appointment but kept in close touch with me to apprise me of his arrival time. It allowed me to not have to wait at home unnecessarily. I really appreciated that. Marc arrived when he said he would and looked over the carpets. He gave me honest feedback about what areas would be problematic and what to expect. He got right to work. Marc vacuumed the carpets even though I had already vacuumed. I loved that! He spot cleaned some areas and then cleaned all the carpets. I was concerned about the chemicals because I have pets and my grandchildren were going to be visiting. Marc assured me that he used safe products. Marc finished within 1-1-1/2 hours. The carpets looked great! Including some of the pet stained, sun faded and worn areas. He had moved some furniture and replaced everything. Marc even found a pair of glasses that I lost! He gave me good information for the upkeep of the carpets and his recommendation for re-cleaning. Marc works alone. He was professional, prompt and had a wonderful personality. I was thrilled with the results and would definitely use his service again.

Great! On time, professional, easy to work with. Had extra work to be dine and he fit it in. Offered me a coupon for a discount that I didn't know existed. Definitely would use again and recommend.

To begin with, I called Marc on a Saturday, figuring that I might get a call back on Monday. He responded within minutes and was able to give me an appointment on Monday, which was great. He arrived on time, asked to see the rooms involved so that he could determine what he needed to do in terms of stain removal, etc. and then got his equipment from his truck and was done in approximately an hour. The carpets look beautiful and there was some heavy traffic dirt from teenagers who do not remove their shoes when they come in! I was very pleased with Marc's work and I would highly recommend him.

From the moment I contacted Heaven's Best, my experience was absolutely great. Communication was prompt, scheduling was very flexible, and the price was right! The former owner of the home we purchased had a dog that shed quite a bit, and the house had a smell to it from the dog. Needless to say, when the job was done, the house had a great, fresh smell to it, and the dog hair was gone (as well as my allergies). Thank you very much for a job well done!

The owner was quick to respond to my inquiry and available to start the job just a few days later. He emailed a confirmation and was very professional. He showed up on time and completed the project quickly. We would hire him again.

It was a very good service. This is the 2nd time I have used this and they always a provide a really good. They are prompt, very responsive, do not try to up sell you, and also provide a detailed quote. They did the job quickly and thoroughly with minimum disruption to our day. Will use them again.

I called Heaven's Best after viewing the reports on Angie's List. They returned my phone call within the hour and set up a time the next day to come clean my rugs.The option to send them out which was more money was also given to me on the phone , I told them we have elderly pets and I was just trying to keep them looking ok. Heaven's Best arrived when they said they would ,did a beautiful job ,removing numerous stains and making the area rugs look new agin. The man was very polite,explained everything he was doing, I would highly recommend using this carpet cleaning service again.

Heaven's Best Carpet was a welcome surprise in our moving saga. We had to have white carpet cleaned that had some pet stains within a few days of calling. Not only was Heaven's Best accommodating by squeezing us in, but also by traveling a little further than they do normally. The day of the appointment, I was running late and frantic and there they were patiently waiting. He did the job quickly and efficiently and leaving the carpet seemingly like new. And the scent/deodorizer really was heavenly! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I would rate them highly and use them again in the future if needed.

Both times, Marc was extremely responsive and professional to deal with. He did an excellent job, in some cases removing particularly difficult stains. He was also very neat and considerate of the house itself. Carpets dry very quickly which is an added benefit in a busy household, especially with children. I highly recommend this company. Marc has become my "go-to guy".
