"Thank you for the feedback. Just to clarify a bit, Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning is a true "dual-process" cleaning company. The benefit of this and what it means to my clients is, depending on the situation (type of carpet, soil load, etc.), I have the capability to do our proprietary "low-moisture" cleaning or hot-water extraction ("steam"). On this particular job I did in fact use hot-water extraction due to the heavy soil load of nicotine stains in the carpet. I pre-treated the area with a nicotine treatment and steamed the entire area to remove the stains (you were not aware of this since you were not present at the time of the cleaning). I now realize that we never discussed the specific method I chose to use since our dealings were mostly brief phone conversations. I am happy that you were satisfied with the results and I apologize for any confusion. Marc"

Marc arrived when he said he would and looked over the carpets. He gave me honest feedback about what areas would be problematic and what to expect. He got right to work. Marc vacuumed the carpets even though I had already vacuumed. I loved that! He spot cleaned some areas and then cleaned all the carpets. I was concerned about the chemicals because I have pets and my grandchildren were going to be visiting. Marc assured me that he used safe products.
Marc finished within 1-1-1/2 hours. The carpets looked great! Including some of the pet stained, sun faded and worn areas. He had moved some furniture and replaced everything. Marc even found a pair of glasses that I lost! He gave me good information for the upkeep of the carpets and his recommendation for re-cleaning. Marc works alone. He was professional, prompt and had a wonderful personality. I was thrilled with the results and would definitely use his service again.

The former owner of the home we purchased had a dog that shed quite a bit, and the house had a smell to it from the dog. Needless to say, when the job was done, the house had a great, fresh smell to it, and the dog hair was gone (as well as my allergies). Thank you very much for a job well done!
