"You emailed us a request for a quote at 2:16pm on a Saturday after we had left the office for the day. We responded to you on Monday at 9:52 am. This was less than 48 hours after your email to us. If you had contacted us during normal business hours we would have responded even quicker. In your review you rated us an F on responsiveness and you claim that we did not respond to you "until almost a week later." We are a residential roofing contractor that has been operating for over 20 years in your area with many satisfied customers. However, the type of roofing work that you were asking us to do is a type of work that we do not do. Like all other roofers, there are certain types of roofs that we do not do. We are very sorry that we were not able to help you with your roof problem and we are very taken back by your misleading review which we hope you reconsider."
"Your statement in your negative review on our company falls short of explaining the entire situation. You signed a contract with our company to replace your entire roof and 1 existing skylight at the end of August. You were advised by us at that time that you would need to be home on the day of install and you were also at that time given an install date of Tuesday, September 5th. On Saturday, September 2nd, which was Labor Day Weekend, you sent a text message to [Member Name Removed] from our company to inform him that you would not be home on 9/5 because you were going away on vacation. We then advised you that we could install the roof and skylight the following week after you returned from vacation. Then, for reasons unknown, you decided to cancel the job and asked Angie's List to return your money, which they did. It is our position that our company did everything that we could to accommodate your needs and your schedule and we are saddened that you decided to leave us such an unfair and ambiguous review despite our attempts to work with you."

Roofers showed up at 7AM and were all done by 3PM. I was amazed! The property was spotless! I was very satisfied with all aspects of my dealing with Fortified Roofing. They used top quality materials and the workmanship was outstanding. I plan on being in my house for at least another 30 years and I am very confident that I will not have any roof problems thanks to the great job done by this company.
