Amazing work. My father was in the auto repair business and I know how hard it can be - these guys are the real deal - extremely professional! Work was done well, facility is clean and orderly, contact was always clear and professional - I can't complement them enough. Their place is 45 minutes away from me and I will make the trip every time. We used to get regular maintenance at the Toyota dealer - but after working with Franks for this headlight replacement - they will have our regular business. Good bye dealer!

I was happy with them, they did a good job. I think the auto insurance company picked up the tab.

I haven't used them in awhile. I started using one that is close to home. They use to be really good when I stated going to them. But they are kind of expensive. I feel like there two items that, when I would first go to them they would tell me things that were fixed and would just put them together. One of the last times I went to them, which turned me off a lot from them, was my was my gas cap was loose and that turned on a light. The guy wanted me to go in and have the whole gas piece replaced. I eventually heard that and I said well lets just try to close this up and that took care of the light. It did. He should of at first come to me with that option. I would say that they didn't do it right but that's the reason I am not going to them. They are kind of expensive.

I can't even see where there was ever a dent. They performed a masterful repair.

The repaired area looks as good as the rest of the surface. Excellent job!

Frank assessed all the damage and gave us a detailed estimate. When parts were slow in coming from BMW, he reached out to us to keep us informed. The work was impeccable. The car looked and functioned like new when it was returned to us.

It went well no problem what so ever, I would recommend that and use them again.

Very pleased with the service and attention. I previously had tires and brakes replaced on my pick-up truck at Frank's. I was very satisfied with those repairs also. Previous to taking my truck to Frank's, I used another local area repair shop that was formerly AAA approved. Knowing that a repair shop is recognized as meeting a minimum quality standard and is constantly reviewed as such is important to me. Frank's is now that locally AAA approved vendor. Previous to both of these visits though, is Frank's performed repairs to my 1964 MGB. They did a brake reline to the rear axle, repaired and adjusted the emergency hand brake and reset the engine timing to give the car much improved performance. I did research on Frank's before these repairs while looking for a local repair shop to work on my MG.I needed a vendor to perform repairs that I no longer had the tools, time or facility to perform some repairs myself. Knowing Frank's took pride in working on classics was a great recommendation for me.

One tire was leaking. Offered to fix, but I wanted new tire due to upcoming trip. Both needed replacing. They did it quick.

Frank and his people have you in and out very quickly even though they check out every system. I am an older driver, not many miles, ergo they make sure the battery has enough capacity the tires have not dry rotted ect.. Good people: plus they always wash the car, add my name to the monthly Coach bag contest, and place a lottery ticket on my steering wheel before I leave. Great place, to have work done at a good price comfortable waiting room nice people.

When I called Frank's, I talked with a young lady who was extremely efficient and was able to get my vehicle looked at the same day!

Absolutely everything was perfect from the moment I dropped of my car to when I picked it up. I was given a fair price for services rendered, people were extremely polite and accommodating and, when my repairs were completed, the vehicle was beautlfully detailed. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by Tom, who would turn out to be the gentlemen who worked on my car. I explained my concerns about having my car serviced by someone else other than the Lexus Dealer. Tom assured me that care would be taken to provide excellent service with any matter of repairs. My car was finished in a timely manner, AND after checking my car, they did not find any "phantom" problems. I believe I can trust Frank's Auto Repair to be thorough and honest regarding the condition of my car, and that I will not lose out on quality by bringing the car to them as opposed to the Dealership. They are very close as opposed to several miles to get to the Dealer. I also thought it to be a nice gesture when I found a thank you note attached to a "scratch off" lotto ticket attached to the steering wheel. And they have a loyalty program. Once again! thank you Angie's List!

He is a very trustworthy mechanic and has saved me a lot of money over the years.

They fixed my tire and it was fine. They were supposed to get back to me on a quote for something else, and they never did. I had to call them 3 times, they left me waiting in the line, then they didn't even remember what I was talking about, then they "remembered" and gave me a number that was a bit ridiculous. I guess they just didn't want the job. It was handled in a very unprofessional way. I was very disappointed and I'm never going back to that place.

Frank and his team did a great job repairing my car from damage incurred when hitting a deer. They worked with my Insurance Company to address shortcomings in their assessment so that I got manufacturer replacement parts and all damage was repaired. Car looked like-new when I got it back.

I went to Frank's because of all the good reviews on Angie's list. I went to their website on Sunday and requested an appointment for the following day. Within a half hour I got an email saying to bring in the car they would be happy to check it out (this really impressed me). The place was warm and inviting, the two ladies behind the desk couldn't have been nicer and offered us something to drink while we waited. Frank looked at the car and gave me a full and thorough report and was honest about what he felt was good and bad about it and what would need to be likely be done. When he was finished I naturally expected to pay him for his time and expertise but he said not to worry about it! Now I've never been to this establishment before and he took the time and was thorough in his analysis and he didn't even want any money for it!! I was completely impressed with the entire operation and would recommend it to anyone. I'm new to Angie's List and this was the first time I used it and it really helped me out.

Unique place. The way they take care of people is a beautiful feeling. The family owned place is cozy. They take care of your car as if it's their own car. Took my cousins car for a tune up. They changed my oil for an understandable price. something about the family owned and attention of the people there, makes it an unforgettable experience.

After an appraisal from my insurance company, the provider repaired my vehicle. The repair took longer because of insurance company delays, but I was completely satisfied with the work. I only paid the $500.00 deductible, my insurance covered the rest. The location was close to home, Frank and staff kept me informed of the progress. I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone that needs auto repair.

I got a quote for a new fender and new splash guard and paint for 1200 that is ridiculous. When a new fender and costs 230 and splash guard for 80. Which brings me to 310. I highly doubt the paint would cost me 3 times what the two items cost together. Plus never gave me a choice if I wanted the Honda part or after market. Just to compare i paid a flat rate of $500.

Contacted Frank and he had me bring it right down....looked at the car told me what parts to get from Mercedes..free of charge !! When I brought it back it was fixed in hours at a fraction of the cost of Mercedes service...when I got the car back it was cleaned ...detailed...had a lottery ticket in it stating appreciation for my business ...and put in the running for a coach bag.. So friendly , quick , and great I cant believe it...I will go back there forever !! Do yourself a favor !! Go there !! AAA+++
