I was so please with the gentleman that clean the carperts  .  He did everything i asked and did a  great job.  So professional.  Our carpets never looked better.  I will use them again for sure and tell others how please I am.

The technician arrived promptly and reviewed what was needed with me prior to commencing his work.  I am very happy with the result.  Stanley Steemer had been used previously, and did not adequately clean the high traffic areas and stair risers.  I would definitely recommend Oxymagic!

A price for services was confirmed over the phone.  I scheduled a date approx. one month in advance.  One hour prior to arrival time, the gentleman called to inform me he was held up in traffic (this was appreciated).  Upon arrival he introduced himself, I explained our problem with stains that reappeared after previous cleanings (with other firms) .  We have been very pleased and the stains have not come back!!!  I will recommend Oxymgic and plan to employ them in the future.

It was easy to schedule the time, and Robert appeared right at the scheduled time; he was very pleasant and professional. He told me exactly what he would do, which included pretreatment of any stains, and moving around those pieces of furniture too large to move off the carpet. He did a great job; the job was finished quickly and is drying very quickly. He was able to remove some spots that I thought were there for good. I am very pleased with the whole process. The cost was exactly as promised, which included use of the coupon on Angies List.

Very professional, arrived when they said they would, price quoted was price paid. Unfortunately the carpet did not get cleaned. It also took almost 3 hours to dry when I was told it would only take about 1 hour. carpet also has a funky smell it didn't have before, I'm spraying Lysol all over the carpet and the smell is still there. Not worth it, I'll go back to steam carpet cleaners.

I have used Oxymagic in the past and they always do a great job.

The techs were extremel;y professional and courteous.  They helped by moving a heavy piece of fuirniture, cleaned the two rugs, laid down two new rug pads, and made sure that the rugs were repositioned exactly as I requested.  I whole-heartedly recommend this service.

We had Oximagic come and clean the carpeting in the hallways of our condo building and we couldn't be more pleased. They were able to remove all the stains and the hallways actually smell clean now. Very reasonable price and great communication. We will use them going forward.

Professional from start to finish. Two phone calls from us to set the appointment, the technician arrived 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time, surveyed the area and went to work. He was done and gone within an hour and a half and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Technician arrived on time, reviewed what needed to be done and very clearly explained the process.  The work was performed as expected and in the projected time frame.  The technician was very professional the entire time he was at my home.  My wife and I are very satisfied with the work done and have already recommended him to others.

I negotiated the price on the phone - explained that it was a very large room probably equivalent to at least 3 rooms.  he gave me the special price as well as a price if it was really the equivalent of 4 rooms.  Also gave me a fixed price for the stairs.
The  cleaner arrived early - was very pleasant and had the pricing information.  We had some very bad pet stains - he said he couldn't guarantee that they would come out completely but in his experience the type of carpet we had tended to clean very well.
He cleaned the carpet - took only a little more than an hour.  Asked me to take a look and make sure I was satisfied.
The carpet looked very good and looked even better once it dried.
I will say that it took a few hours to dry but still much less than a steam cleaning. 
I would definitely use them again and consider the price more than reasonable.  The last time I had the space professionally cleaned it cost over $500.

We weren't impressed with them because we feel they could have gotten more of the stains out than they did. Our furniture really didn't look any different after they got done cleaning.

They came in and cleaned the carpet, removing the difficult stains.  They said the carpet would dry in an hour.  Because it was raining all day, the carpet took a little longer to dry.  In two hours, it was dried and looked clean again.

We haven't had our carpets professionally cleaned since we moved in 7 years ago.  We were getting new furniture in our family room so while it was completely empty we decided it would be a good opportunity to give the rug a good cleaning.  While we were at it we decided to do all the other carpets in the house - a total of 6 rooms - 4 bedrooms, family room, game room.  They charged extra for the stairs which are not fully carpeted, just a runner.  (I did think that $40 just for stairs with a runner was a bit excessive but what could I do.) 
We had used another cleaning company when we first bought the house but weren't sure we wanted to use them again.  We were a little concerned with the cleaning methods (chemical, water usage, etc.) of other companies so we decided to give Oxymagic a try.
We had moved most of the furniture in the other rooms out of the way so that we could get a really good cleaning (the company does not move beds, china cabinets, dressers, etc.; their equipment also cannot go under beds, furniture, etc.).  In the master bedroom we propped up the mattress and box spring on the bed frame.  The technician moved those so he could get most of the rug in the bedroom clean which we thought was great. 
One of the other things that really impressed us was the removal of a stain that previous rug cleaning companies couldn't remove (when we bought the house there was a dark, rubber-like stain on the rug; the previous homeowners advised us they tried everything to get the stain out to no avail, even a professional carpet cleaning company they used couldn't get the stain out; when we moved in, we hired another professional rug cleaning company and they couldn't get the stain out either).  The technician went above and beyond getting the stain out.  Once he got it up, he said he thought it was gum because it had the scent of cinnamon and the consistency reminded him of gum. So for more than 7 years and at least 2 other professional rug cleaning companies, Oxymagic got the stain out. 
The technician was prompt, very polite, and professional.
With regard to price, when I researched Oxymagic, the price they were charging seemed to be in line with similar services of other companies.  However once we had hired them we found other companies who seemed to do the same thing for less money. (However, I found the other companies in those coupon mailers so I cannot confirm what the other companies charged for the stain guard and odor guards so those might have cost more, making the entire project more than advertised, compared to my final cost with Oxymagic).
Overall we were very satisfied with Oxymagic and will probably use them again for our carpet cleaning.

Their service was very good.  They were polite, they were on time, and they were the right price.  Everything was great.
