Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

I ordered the deal then contacted the company. They were booked out a couple months as I recall so I took a date available in the future. The men arrived within the time period and completed the work. I did get a reminder call since the day was scheduled quite a ways out in the future.

The special price was only good thru November. Our leaves are still on the trees in early Dec here in GA so leaves fell immediately after they left so it was not a good deal for us since we would have to pay full price less $20 to have them come back again in a month.

The men did a fine job.  They showed up, did the work and left an invoice in the mailbox.  The reason I scored lower on Professionalism is they left an estimate for recommendations to be performed and the penmanship was so poor, I couldn't read it.

They did a wonderful job.

Well after they finish it did not rain for several more days so I could not tell if the job was done well or not but when the rain came I did not have anymore leaks so I was very pleased!

We purchased a "Big Deal" coupon for this service, which had an expiration date of 10/31.  We called before 10/31, but really didn't want to have the gutters cleaned until after most of the leaves had fallen.  The company was very flexible on scheduling the date even after 10/31.  We received an email confirmation prior to the scheduled date, and they showed up and performed the work as planned.  I have a two-story home, so it's a valuable service to have someone to clean the gutters, especially the upper ones.
I was not at home during the cleaning, so I did not witness the cleaning itself, but my gutters were clean at the end of the day.  My only disappointment was that the gutters were probably cleaned using a blower, as opposed to the way I would do it, which is to scoop out the debris right into a garbage bag.  It's cleaner that way.  When using a blower, the debris is obviously blown out and is scattered everywhere.  The company did not leave a mess, though.  They did blow all the debris into the yard, mixing with the leaves on the ground, and if there was any mess on the walls, deck or walkways, they cleaned up just fine afterwards.  But it did give me a little more to clean up in the yard.  However, I realize that probably all gutter cleaners use blowers, so it did not detract from giving them a grade of "A".  I would use this company again.

Tech came on time, did what was promised

An appointment was set up and they came, did the work and left with the only evidence was empty gutters I could see from the second floor!  They were very professional and great to work with...even left a report showing weaknesses they saw from on top of the roof so I could start analyzing options to get them corrected.

They provided a reasonably good job of cleaning the exterior and the gutters. There were no problems with clean-up. Everything was in good shape when they completed the job.
I did have two problems that occurred. One was in the pricing. Without consulting me, they charged me more for my job than I originally expected. This was due to a misunderstanding concerning the size of my home, which exceeded the size limitation for their coupon offer. I was unaware of that limitation, and that was the reason for the confusion. I had a somewhat tense conversation with the business owner about this issue, but we finally compromised on an agreeable price for the work. My primary complain in this regard was the lack of clear communications up front about the costs.
Secondly, I discovered about a week after the job was completed that my exterior thermometer, which hung on my deck, was blown off its wall attachment by the house sprayer and was destroyed in the process. I discovered the broken thermometer laying in pieces on the deck flooring. I didn't report this to the vendor, mainly because of the delay in discovering the damage, and in the modest price of the thermometer (probably under $20). My complaint here was that the vendor failed to report the damage to me, much less offer to replace the thermometer. It was a relatively small item, but I would have appreciated being notified.

The job went well.  We added services to get gutter covers on the backside of the house because that's where we get most of the leaves in the fall.  They did a great job.  Would recommend them to anyone needing gutter work.

Scheduled was easy online, they showed up when scheduled and cleaned our roof and gutters. I had requested pictures of before and after since I was not at the house at the time - and even after asking afterwards I never did receive them. From what I can tell they did a great job. I'm sure we will have them out again next year!

Cancelled the order

They were amazing!  I have lot of trees in my yard, and a garden area that is fenced in.  They even went into the garden blew the leaves off of the pathway. I will definitely use them again!  Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
