They cleaned the gutters. They told me that the back gutter had the drain pipe badly clogged and that it had to be replaced. I knew this was true because when it rained it turned to a waterfall. They did an excellent job. They charged me extra but they resolved the problem. They also showed a picture of a shingle which was partially broken and replaced it.

Due to an ice storm, we had to reschedule our cleaning. But on the day of the cleaning, they called to give us a heads up as to when they would be there. We were home, but it wasn't necessary that someone be there. They were right on time. Did a great job cleaning the gutters, and hosing down the outside of the gutters, the siding, and the sidewalk. The Angie's list discount didn't hurt, either.

Had them clean the gutters last year and they left comments on the invoice about things that might need attention but no comments were noted this year which concerns me because I was looking to get a better idea of the current condition of the gutters this year compared to last year. If I hire them again then I would need to call ahead to get clarification on what all I should expect from the service.

I used one of their prepaid programs and it was a great deal. The work was fabulous. It was a little concerning waiting without any word for them to contact me about service date (about 2 weeks) but they finally did and the work was great. Great job, Scheduled the work, call to let me know they were on there way, on time and asked were there any concerns I had. Reattached any guards to the gutters, cleaned up afterward done in less that 25 minutes.
