Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

The gutter over the sunroom was clogged. The problem was that there were gutter guards over the gutter. The workers took apart part of a drain so they could get to the blockage. They were able to get a large amount of debris from the drain and gutter. They then used a blower to clean up. I was quoted a price of $85 and that is what I paid.

They had to climb up on our roof and blew out our gutters then splashed water down it. It was a good experience. There was a lot of pine straw in the gutters and they put it into the beds. They blew off the area and they blew off the decks. I had thought when I made the appointment they said they would send me an email when they would be in my area in case I wanted to home but they never did. They could have been backed up.

Rick was a fantastic help. This company does a fantastic job. Easy to work with and flexible payment terms. On time, knowledgable and willing to help. Great Experience.

They charged us only $110 for first time service. They were very polite and came to the door to let me know they were there. They also cleaned up after everything that they have done. They had ran a little late, but let me know why they were.

It went great. They did a wonderful job. They even found a roofing problem that they were able to fix for us. We were very pleased with them.

They were reliable and responsive. They cleaned the gutters ok, but they threw the debris is my flowers beds. Because of this, I proably will not be using them again in the future.

Crew did an excellent job and left the worksite in good order. They were very careful NOT to blow debris into the pool without being asked or reminded. They also took care not to damage any of the slate tiles on the roof. Company also performed a complimentary gutter and roof inspection and provided an estimate for minor repairs (which we chose not to do at that point). Overall, I think they did an excellent job and would use them again in the future.

They arrive as promissed after a confirmation call the day before. They walk the roof line using yard blowers to clean out the gutters and also blow out debris in the downspouts. The cost for just cleaning the gutters is very reasonable ($100-150) but I also wanted clip on screens to keep the leaves out. They tried to discourage me on this choice as they said they will come loose and blow off....they were right. I wouldn't recommend these type of gutter guards. They did recommend a metal cover at considerably higher cost, which I didn't go for, so I can't speak for that product. Because of the reasonable cost to clean the gutters and the good job they do, I'm just going to opt to have the gutters cleaned twice a year and not use gutter screens.

Nice folks. Came when they said they would for the estimate. Came when they said they would to do the repair. I am very satisfied.

I had gutters that were falling off the side of my house, on the front of my garage and on the left side of the property looking at the house. They reattached them to the home so that they would actually function properly. They did it in a very quick manner that was to my satisfaction. I was very happy with their work. I didn't feel like they were pressuring me to get extra work done. They were very good and they came out earlier than the scheduled appointment because they had an opening, so I was very excited about that as well.

We have gutters with covers which had not been cleaned in years. We were having trouble with a non-functioning section which created a waterfall when it rained. Upon scheduling work with Atlanta Best Gutter Cleaners to clean the gutters, we were given a good description and quote which included the $20 new-customer discount. The workers showed up on time and did everything we expected and more. We asked them to take off the cover on the problem section and put on a screen. They did this at no extra charge!

This is the second time I have used this company and both experiences have been great. Not only do they clean my gutters, they straighten out my gutter guards and blow off my roof, deck, and driveway. Excellent service!

The two young men arrived at my home earlier than the stated appointment which was great. They immediately got to work. I have a multi story home but they were able to maneuver on the roof with no problems. I had asked for a quote for the gutter guards and one young man went about measuring linear feet for an accurate quote. They were able to complete the cleaning and installation of the guards that morning. They even cleaned up any residue that fell from the roof during the cleaning and any scraps from the gutter guards. They did an excellent job. The timing was impeccable as the Great Flood of 2009 rains began falling the next day. I am happy to report that the roof runoff came pouring down the downspouts with no interference from pine needles and/or leaves.

three guys showed up on time. They were very polite and did a great job. i thought they were going to leave a mess since the gutter junk was blown all over everything (car too- I forgot to move it) but they cleaned everything off (including the car) and they also cleaned off our plants around the house. I have no idea where they put the leaves and debris but in the end my patio was cleaner than when they got there. I would deifnitely use them again. I also didn't need to be there which is a plus. I happen to have been home but I would have no problem having them come when I am not a home. They also checked to make sure they all drained properly.

After I contacted them (on a Sunday) they e-mailed me quote. I had some additional questions, and they were answered in minutes by e-mail. When they arrived, the Tech was very professional, explained what he was going to do, did it, and let me know what small problems he saw on the roof. I am very pleased with this company, and will use them each year. I highly recommend.

It was quick and painless. They gave me an estimate over the phone and held to it after the job was completed.

I was satisfied with the job performed however they left one of their hoses in my yard and blew debris all over my husband's truck (who I had taken to the doctor that day and he was admitted to the hospital.) I called them about coming out to pick up their hose and clean my husband's truck; they gave me a date they would come out but never showed up, I received an email response when I emailed them; they apologized and said they would put in a work order to pick up the hose (the rain took care of the truck.) That was on May 8th, the hose is still lying in the yard as of this morning; almost 2 weeks later.

The entire experience was great. From the folks we spoke to on the phone to the crew at the house, everyone was kind, responsive and polite. They did a great job and we're very pleased with the work and quality of the product.

Their accuracy and performance was marginal. When I called to schedule for cleaning, they gave me a price right over the phone. They charged $125 for gutter cleaning, but gave me $20 as first time customer. Over the phone, they also included that a 10-point inspection would be done on the general condition of the roof, gutters, and downspouts. Their website was very thorough. They did not accomplish the 10 point inspection like they said they would, and I know this because of the downspouts that were disconnecting from the gutters. They did not mention this at all on the invoice as part of their 10 point inspection. So I had to call them and reschedule them to come out. They only charged $75 for the two downspouts to be reattached and resealed. I spot checked the gutters, and most of the debree was gone. I have screens on my gutters that allows pine needles to get through. The downspouts were tightly reattached and seemed to be better attached than previous.

ABGC was very quick to respond to my inquiry about an estimate on gutter cleaning. They explained in detail what they would do. An appointment was scheduled and they followed up with a reminder the day before and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The crew arrived on time, went right to work setting up. The foreman of the crew discussed with me a missing shingle cap which I was aware of, but had never fixed. He offered to fix it, along with a couple of other minor issues on the roof. I approved the additional work and they went right to work. I paid a little more than the estimate because of the repair work which was not originally in the estimate. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. The crew cleaned up and the foreman checked with me to inspect their work before they left. When the next rainstorm came, there was a real improvement in the performance of the gutters.

With all the rain prior to gutter cleaning, we had water spots on our bedroom ceiling. After the cleaning and after another big storm, no more water spots! Yes, we would use them again.
