"We have already spoken with this customer, we sent our quality control manager to his house to inspect, and we cleaned the gutters and sealed the corner pieces at no extra charge. A gutter cleaning involves a cleaning and flushing of the gutters, not sealing of the corner pieces. However, we apologize if we did not make that clear, and so we have solved the issue with the customer and fixed his problem at no cost."

"We don't schedule appointments to provide the fastest service possible for our customers. When we arrived at the home, the crew indicated that we would need to remove the gutter guards that are on the house to perform the service properly. We have been in business for nearly 60 years now and guarantee all of our work. We would never remove a customer's gutter guard system without authorization first. When we spoke to the customer, they indicated that they wanted us to remove and install a different product which we will not do. We wish you the best moving forward."

"The crew who went out to perform a full clean flush and inspection determined that the gutters were off pitch, holding water and needed replacement. When we spoke to you again and you told us about your concerns on the original job we offered to send a crew back to the home free of charge to inspect the job performed but you declined. "We did every single thing we could do to try to make this customer happy, including offering to do the job for a price so low that we would lose money on the job, but we could not make the customer happy and we never did any work for the customer. The customer is a contractor and should understand how hard it is to make every customer happy - but we tried. We disagree with the accusations and have sent him his own call recording as proof, but, again, you can't make all customers happy."
