Professional, Organized & FAST!

Excellent and professional

These guys made our move fast, easy and enjoyable. Our first line of contact was Jonathan in customer service. Within minutes of our conversation we went over all the details and i had a quote sent to me. On the day of the move, Bryan, Miguel and Benji showed up promptly and were hard at work by the 8:00 AM start time. Bryan also had called me when they had left the main facility to let us know they were on their way. If I could give these guys a 10 star rating, I would gladly do it. They made quick work of all of our home items. Wrapped, packed and loaded carefully and in a timely manner. When arriving at the new location, they did exactly the same. Moved everything in, unpacked furniture, neatly and cleanly put everything where we wanted it. Again, they did an incredible job. Cleaned up after themselves and I cannot thank them and the entire team at Monroe Pro enough. They made a stressful and hard time in life, so much easier. A++++ !!!

I do not use Home Advisor for company research because they never seem to give me Pros that want to take on the work or are too busy. I am adding this post here solely because Monroe Moving is absolutely awesome. From the first phone call to Adam in the sales office to when the truck pulled away from the delivery home, Monroe Moving was great. Literally, every step of the process was incredible. The ZOOM call with courteous help setting it up, the estimate dead on and the crew led by Luis. The crew was on time (actually 15 minutes early), called before they arrived, walked the entire house, took notes and then went to work. This was not an ordinary move. Tthe furniture was going to three different locations at the delivery point. They packed the truck so that when they arrived it was all sorted out. That's efficient. Not one ding of a ceiling or door frame and navigated the stairs like the professionals they are. Wrapped and packed the antiques, asked when they were unsure, and worked tirelessly. When they finished loading the truck, they had some paperwork to do, so I left to go to the destination 60 miles away. They arrived 5 minutes after I did. No lunch stop, no nonsense. Last, they were as competitive as all other quotes I received. No more searching for a mover next time, Itâ s a call to Adam at Monroe Moving.

My first contact was with Adam who was very helpful and responsive. The quote was very competitive and Adam made me feel comfortable and gave me a sense of assurance so I booked with Monroe. On the day of the move, Luis and his crew were wonderful! They worked so hard to make sure that the move went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I was very stressed and sad about moving out of my childhood home and Luis was so kind and caring which helped me get through the day. Thank you Adam, Luis and Monroe!! I highly recommend this company!!!

Very well organized. Picked up and stored our furniture for 10 months and delivered to our ultimate destination. Easy to work with. Billing was a bit confusing, but movers did a good job. Stuart, South Brunswick

Neal Patel the gentleman who attended to our moving needs is very professional , courteous and prompt in his response. The two gentlemen who did the moving were also courteous and very careful and accommodating in doing their job, Overall, it was a good experience.

On time. Careful with my things. Perhaps a bit expensive, but worth it.

I was unaware that they would not take back empty boxes including those I had purchased from them. They did unpack the tv and microwave and placed items in areas I had designated. Extremely courteous staff.
