No problems; salesmen were polite and knowledgeable. The wood flooring they recommended (bamboo) looks great and, at least so far, resists scratches and stains.

The first he said was that there is no way I could have a hardwood floor because the basement was too dump, but I had the basement done. He also said I definitely needed a sub-floor if I did get wood because he also went down the basement. He tried to stir me to another type of floor other than wood which I did not want. He made it very confusing to purchase a floor. He also said I would have to get a dumpster which I did not with another service provider. He came on time, and he was helpful, but he never called back. I may consider using him in the future.
