Innovative Consulting Engineers, LLC (ICE) provides structural and restoration engineering services for commercial, industrial, institutional, governmental and private facilities. With over thirty five years of experience, the firm has the resources and experience necessary to identify and solve complex technical challenges in a responsive and efficient manner. The measure of each projects success depends upon a sound technical solution as well as attention to the clients specific details and requirements such as budget, scheduling and operations. ICE also offers specialized expertise in the investigation of existing structures and building envelopes to assess deterioration, evaluate structural integrity and serviceability, and recommend rehabilitation alternatives. With extensive building code experience and actual field work, we can offer our clients a full range of engineering services and solutions.

Gary is a great person. He helped us from the beginning to the end. He did two projects for us. One is removing the wall between kitchen and dinning room. Another one is a bigger one. We remove the ceiling in our big living room and convert it to cathedral ceiling and added two skylights there. Gary took the projects very carefully and fulfilled our requirements.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Gary. He went out of his way to accomodate me. Always returned my calls, easy to communicate with, very friendly, very courteous. Last but not least my attic problem has been fully resolved after his initial diagnosis and recommended solution. Definitely would use again in a heartbeat.
