Called the next day to change delivery date to 3 weeks later.
In response to my inability to accept the later date, then promised to see if delivery could still be made when promised.  They never called back with any update, forcing me to cancel the order.
Later, they never responded to my phone or written complaint.

They delivered the bed when they said they would, but there is something wrong with the storage bed underneath.  I have called the customer service dept and I kept getting the run around.  Finally after setting an appointment for some one to come out and look at it, they did not show up.  After calling to complain , they said that it was during the holiday weekend and that they were not coming out that weekend.  I was told a manager would call me 2 days ago and I still have not gotten any calls
