Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation
They scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am. On the day of the appointment, they finally came a 12 due to other jobs. When they finally arrived, they had ordered the incorrect parts. The ordered the correct part and promised to call the next day to reschedule. It has been 4 days and no call. I had to call today and could only leave a message on an answering machine. Still no final install date.

The guys that came were great, a father and son. Very friendly and they had to work with the rain also. Not one complaint, just smiles and laughing. They also interacted with my little ones which was wonderful. I would recommend them anytime.

We requested another quote and no one ever got back to us. The Service Techs are great, the customer service in the office can be much better when it comes to following up and responding to customer inquiries. I'd be happy to pay more for better service.
