We waited approximately two months for the window to come in and be replaced after the initial visit. The contractor's work was clean but we had to get rid of the broken glass ourselves. The additional 300.00 for the window itself was a little shocker, but I guess about average. No real savings or value.

Went great. The company sent over a true professional who knew windows like the back of his hand.
Only issue if any is that they are def pricey so I couldn't use them for all my windows when I just need a good deal.

They turned out beautifully. Their design and the quality of the window really stuck out for me. Their clean-up and conduct was excellent. I would definitely use them again. I'm highly satisfied.

The quality of work seems excellent, but we hit some snags in the planning, and the pricing was kind of deceptive.
Everything started out well - prompt followup to my initial message and we had the estimate scheduled within 24 hours of booking. The estimate went smoothly as well, and I was quoted a price of $70 for the project (which seemed unbelievably cheap). In other words, the estimate said I'd be getting a refund of part of the deal price. They went ahead and ordered the window without asking me, though at that price I would have said to go ahead with it anyway.
Here's where things started to go wrong: we scheduled the date last Wednesday, April 15, between 10 AM and 12 PM. I took half a day off from work and had to leave around 2, but figured that was enough time. At around 12:30, the tech calls me to tell me he's running late, says he's still about an hour away. That didn't leave enough time, so I had to reschedule for the next Wednesday and take another half day off of work.
We were able to complete the job at that rescheduled time, at which point came the second and more serious surprise: the $70 estimate had morphed into a $234 bill, meaning I now owed them $90 instead of the other way around. Apparently the cost of the window itself was not quoted in the estimate price, even though the line item in the estimate had the name of the window next to the (lower) price.
I paid without a fuss because that was about what I thought it would come out to, but I'm not happy about the surprise.
They seem to do good work, but watch the billing.

I called American Mobile Glass for repair of two double hung windows. Nicole responded to me. I asked that they come out on Friday April 3 in the morning since I was off from work and had appointments in the afternoon. She responded by email that Friday morning was fine, that the technician would call first thing Friday morning to confirm the time.
The technician called me on Thursday at 1:30 and said he could come between 2-4 pm. I told him that Nicole had told me that it would be Friday morning. He asked if he could come before or after work another day; I told him that I go to work very early and don't get home until 4:30-5 because I work for a hospital. He said he would call me back. No phone call came, so I called Nicole and complained. "Sorry" was all I got. I guess they don't need my business. I am a client service manager at a large medical center. This is no way to run a business. If she had told me up front that Friday morning wouldn't work that would have been preferable.

It went well. Scheduling for the actual service was fine. Everything went fine as far as I know. If I have other friends looking for upgrading their bathroom, I would recommend this company to them.

They were wonderful to deal with, kept appointments, professional. They came right to my house, took measurements, and came back with the piece of glass and installed in the door and did an excellent job.

Provided an amazing design for my new specialty windows!

We took advantage of an Angie's List special they were offering, discounting the purchase price of 3/4" inch glass for a new shower door installation.
The initial measurements were done quickly and professionally, with their tech answering my questions and providing some really helpful insight on the process. We were traveling for a bit between ordering and installation, so they held the order for our return.
Installation day came and their installers did a great job getting the door in, again with a very professional demeanor. Top to bottom, it was a great experience?and with the Angie's List deal, the total cost came in about 35% lower than other quotes I had received.

Wow! If only every service provider were like AMG. We were so happy with our shower door and of course the service.

Nice people and very professional.  Gave a quick accurate quote (unlike another vendor we tried who said he installed hundreds of these per year but was unable to quote without lots of research - which didn't make sense).  The installation was smooth and well done.  They had to come back with a handle as the one they brought was incorrectly sized.  I had to bug them to come back with the handle because we paid in full and trusted them on that.  We set a date and I waited at home all day but they did not show-up.  More follow-up revealed that the tech just did not bother to call the day I waited.  They finally brought the handle a few days later and the job is finished.  I would have given all A's except for the handle lack of follow-up.

AMG made app't. and sent a man for measurement of our master bedroom bath shower door.   He arrived on time (called ahead ) and was very professional and knowledgeable. A crew of two arrived approx. two week later for installation, calling first.  They arrived on time and went right to work in changing the shower door.  They covered the bathroom work area floor and were very neat and left the room as clean as when they arrived.  I highly recommend them.  We are very pleased with their service.  Thanks again AMG.

They were extremely professional and meticulous.  They were very knowledgeable and it is obvious that they cared about the job they did.   They did a great job and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I submitted a request through Angie's List and Brandon contacted me straightaway.  He came out, discussed what I wanted and took all the measurements.  He sent me a quote the following day, which I accepted.  
The shower doors were custom made to the size and style I wanted, with a huge choice of hardware (hinges, handles etc.).  These were installed by 2 very efficient installers within 2 weeks of my initial contact with the company.  
I am very happy with the result and would definitely recommend the company and it's employees.
