Description of Work: The installed Mitsubishi split/system on 3rd floor. They were neat, cooperative, informative & did a wonderful job. Fairly price too. I would definitely recommend. Speak with Andrew Hulsebos the technical engineer. Steered us in the right direction.

I did not use them.
Description of Work: I explained to the receptionist that I would not be home until after 10:30 am. The tech showed up at 9:15 and proceeded to leave a message saying I could reschedule. When I arrived home I did not notice the message on my home phone and waited for tech to arrive until 12. When I called the office they said they had NO RECORD of me having an appointment even though the tech had come to my house at the wrong time. They could not locate the tech or ask him to return to my house promptly. I said no thanks to rescheduling and called Whalen. They came on time were cheaper than the Reiner price and the service tech from Whalen was very nice and knowledgeable.

WE HAVE NEVER HAD AIR CONDITIONING BEFORE, SO WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. THEY HAD TO INSTALL EVERYTHING, SO IT DID TAKE A WHILE TO FINISH, BUT EVERYTHING WENT GOOD AND EVERYTHING WORKS FINE.

THEY INSTALLED MY HEATER A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS REASONABLE. I HAD ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY KEPT SHOWING UP WITH THE WRONG PART AND COULDN'T GET THE WATER VALVE FIXED.
