This is one review that nobody had to ask me to do. It is with great satisfaction that we can say the following about our bathroom renovation: Sergio/Leo from Picasso Construction and team showed up at our house 5 days a week at exactly 7:45 a.m. The demo was done within two days The bathroom scheduled for 3 weeks was only delayed due to late deliveries. On the 4th week all the purchased items arrived and everything was completed. How smart we were to take advantage of their talent and have them work on many other items in my house that needed skilled pros. Every day was the same process: lay out the tarps, work until 4pm, and clean up. This talented team worked well together. The finished bathroom is a statement to having a professional team working on a project. I have had work done in the past but can honestly state that this team was the best. I highly recommend Picasso Construction. I had them remodel two bathrooms in my home in June 2024. I get many compliments on the bathrooms. The workers were not intrusive and the owner always returned my calls promptly. They worked very neatly and always laid cloths down on my floor so they would not get my floors dirty. I called the owner a couple of weeks after the job was done and I wanted an additional thing done and he did not charge me extra. In short, I will use Picasso Construction again If we decide to do another remodeling project. As an aside, I got the name of the company from my friend who used them also and was very satisfied.

Sergio and his team are fantastic. I interviewed seven contractors and on instinct I went with Picasso. His price was great and I thought he would do a great job. He promised a lot and over delivered. He did three bathrooms including an extremely large master and our master bedroom. It came out spectacular. They were very conscientious and by the end of the summer they were part of the family. They even fixed random things in our house just because. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The entire bathroom remodel was completed in 2 1/2 weeks as promised. Sergio was always available for questions and his crew did meticulous work. In addition to fully remodeling the bathroom (brand new shower, tile, plumbing, electric), which came out amazing, they respackled and repainted our dining room ceiling which was damaged from a leak and built heater covers for our other bathrooms. They protected our floors and stairs, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job all around. I only wish we found this company sooner and will be using them for our future projects.

Picasso Construction rebuilt our old rotten deck and replaced the decking and railings. Sergio and his team were very nice, his qoute was competitive, and he came highly recommended. Great communication, punctual, and kept the site clean. We ran into some minor issues with the old deck along the way, and he had a plan to resolve it that was quick and cost-effective. Two thumbs up!

The workmen were exceptionally detailed and meticulous on the job. They respected and moved all furniture and cleaned carefully before leaving. The owner, Sergo, came in at the beginning to get the men started. In addition, he came in several times to check particulars. Pricing was more the competitive.

From start to finish,Sergo and his crew, were excellent! They showed up every morning on time, every single day I could see the work progress. Sergo would notify me about the work that will be done that day and ask us if we would like to make any changes to design. He was extremely helpful by getting materials picked up from store or returning them ( leftover extras) He is honest, respectful, knowledgeable and professional contractor! They would leave work areas clean and safe. They respected our home. We simply love our new bathroom and kitchen! We are planning to hire them for our basement renovation project.I recommend Picasso team to my friends and now they are working with them as well! Highly recommended!

Sergo and his team were a pleasure from start to finish. To say that your contractor's team shows up when they say they're going to show up every single day is , in itself, high praise. I hired Picasso less than 2 months ago to demo my kitchen and dining room and install new ceiling, walls, flooring, insulation, windows, heating unit, as well as the entire kitchen. From start to finish was about 6 weeks, but easily 2 weeks of that was waiting around for cabinets and other materials that hadn't been delivered yet (I insisted on getting custom cabinets which slowed down the project). They work quickly, are very budget friendly, and importantly, have your satisfaction as their highest priority. Every morning I would see Sergo and he would ask me what I needed, what my concerns are, or if I had any questions. He is quick to respond to a text or phone call, and implemented every design request possible. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and there were a lot of small details particular to my taste that Picasso was more than happy to adjust and accommodate. The workers always left the job site clean when they left for the day, and were always very polite and considerate in our home. My wife and I are thrilled with the finished product. I really can't imagine a better ratio of quality work to dollars spent. Picasso was very competitively priced, and I have not hesitated to recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Sergio, Leo and thier team were excellent. A full gut renovation of my bathroom. They were on time daily! Sergio checked in daily and consistently answered calls, texts, and emails. Leo checked for any plumbing leaks repeatedly. Considering plaster walls the daily clean up was good. Friendly crew, reasonably priced, trustworthy, and professional. First, I would recommend Picasso Construction to anyone looking for a general contruction, who is reasonably priced and efficient. The construction manager, Sergio was great, he showed up everyday to the job site to make sure the work was getting down right and efficent. He didn't leave a job until we were absolutely satisfied with his work. His construction workers were excellent to work with and very friendly. I recommend Sergio and his team to anyone.
