They did a great job on the deck and other wood areas, however, and I suspect that a cheaper vendor would not have taken the time and care to paint everything neatly and apply two coats.
Although I did not meet the owner, Dino, who was supposed to come the first day they began the work but didn't show up, his staff was very professional, efficient, and neat. They did all of the power washing in one day on a Friday and returned on Monday to do the painting, which they were able to complete the same day (3 guys working hard). They used high quality stain and the deck looks great. Mary Jo, the customer service person was extremely polite and helpful. She was able to reschedule the service on short notice when I decided to replace some windows before doing the power wash.
If they had knocked off a few hundred bucks from the price I would gave given them an A+ rating.

For an additional charge, the inside of gutters were cleaned and clogs removed.
They left the premises in perfect condition. Workers are very friendly and highly professional.
I would have liked to have the roof cleaned also, but the job is costly, so limited cleaning to siding only. Cost for power washing was competitive with other contractors while the gutter cleaning cost was on the high side.
All-in-all, I am very satisfied and will use them again.

The products that we used were benjamin moore paint on the railing and cabots australian timber oil on the floor which is used specifically for mahogany. I wasn't a fan of gutter guards, so when we put a new roof on our house, we left them off and I found CAT on Angie's List.
The main issues were 1) Dino missed his original appointment and showed up randomly several weeks after the scheduled date. 2) We had no idea when to expect the crew to do the cleaning. 3) Our first bill included a substantial "late fee" even though it was our first invoice.
I canceled on the spot. I gave Dino a chance to make good and credit the late charge. Literally, as soon as I received an invoice, I paid. He maintained that the payment was late and that's their policy. It wasn't, and my policy is to not do business with dishonest companies.

I'm updating my review in light of the response from the company. I tried multiple times to contact somebody. I finally received a call when my payment was received along with a note saying that I was cancelling service.
They did an OK job cleaning the gutter, although they did it several weeks later than originally scheduled (they also missed their initial appointment to provide an estimate by several weeks). Not sure why we were charged a late fee based on the originally scheduled date. It strikes me as being somewhat scummy.
So, buyer beware and be sure to check your bill. And, rest assured, if they'd offered to waive the fee, we'd still be using them and wouldn't have posted a review.
"In our defense. We cleaned your gutters as we do to all our customers in the same manner. We left an invoice in your mailbox after the work was completed and expect to get paid as soon as the job is done. 30 days passed and we never received payment. A letter was sent stating that we did not receive payment for services rendered and our policy states on the on the invoice that balances over 30 days are subject to a 10% late fee. We would of gladly waved the fee if you would of called us. Instead you just cancel your contract without letting us do good on our part and bad mouth us on angies list. Oh well."
My experience with CAT was absolutely smooth and stress free. I scheduled an estimate with MaryJo, who is wonderful and received the estimate in a couple of days. I called back and scheduled the service when the weather would cooperate. Mary Jo was in constant contact with me about the service to be provided and the color stain to use. If you are looking for a service that has your best interest first, this is the one to use. You will not be disappointed.

Dino came by the same day I called and gave me a written quote. I hired him on the spot and called his office. I spoke with Mary Jo and scheduled one day to clean and brighten the porch and deck and one day to have them sealed.
My porch and deck weren't done for years. Tom came with another fellow (sorry, I don't remember your name!) and took care of everything. They came a day or so early to clean and brighten and then came back about a week later to seal the deck with Wolman Sealing product. It looks beautiful
