Proactive service, punctual, and got it done on time.  Overall a very good experience, and I'd strongly recommend this company, and this coupon for a new garage door. 
Some constructive criticism:  i found the laborer who installed the garage door to be a bit crude (he was screaming curse words as he was performing the work).  I'm no angel, but I have a young child who shouldn't hear that.  Also, a minor point which was immediately fixed, but the original lock installed was broken.  same laborer told me "that's how it is" but the boss sent someone the next day to fix it, and it worked as i expected it to - spring loaded.
Overall, looks great, works great, and no complaints now that the work is done.  Great company, and I'd ABSOLUTELY do business with them again.

They came, the first guy thought he could take the old door out, but he had some problems. Another guy came and did the removal just fine. I think it took them more than 4 hours.

It went very well and the service tech worked very quickly. He also spent an additional 10-15 minutes explaining the importance of replacing the existing torsion spring and approximate costs to do so.

It was great.  there were additional fees because I wound upgrading.  He did really really good.  I like there efficiency in getting it done in a day.  They matched the grid to my windows.  My neighbors were really impressed with the price and the quality.

Excellent!! Professional people.  Did a great job removing and installing a new garage door.  Cleaned up everything, took away the old door.  The door looks great.  Always answered my calls promptly and came when they said they would.  Would highly recommend to friends and family.
