Honesty!  The new part alone would cost almost as much as a new machine.  This service is to be trusted.  I haven't expected such honesty from anyone who bills labor and parts.  Thank you!

I called at 11am and there was someone at my house by 4pm. He was polite and explained everything about my stove. I am very appreciative!

My dryer stopped heating up. I left a message on Saturday afternoon, and got a call back early in the evening. He was here the next morning, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He had the necessary part with him, and fixed it on the spot. Quick, thorough, and friendly, he also gave me advice on how to prevent the problem from recurring.

Identified the correct part and performed repair on unit that was not designed and built to be easily serviced. This was our second experience with A-1; both with great service at a fair price.

I always use A-1 for my appliance needs.  They are always professional and honest.  They are prompt and clean up after themselves.

Way too expensive for the work performed.

I was able to easily schedule a service call the following day for them to check out a leaking dish washer and an ice maker which wasn't working. He clearly explained what the charges would potentially be depending on whether he had to take apart the appliances or not. After he arrived on time, he quickly got to work and did everything very fast (almost in a rush, but he did everything well so not a problem). He was able to determine the cause of the leaking dish washer - a loosened screw - by looking underneath and without taking anything apart, so it saved me money. Next, he looked at the ice maker and determined that the whole unit needed to be replaced. After discussing the cost, I agreed to the work and scheduled a follow-up appointment soon after the part came in. Again, he arrived on time and quickly replaced the unit. He was very professional and efficient. We haven't had any problems with the ice maker or dish washer since. I will definitely call him again if we have any appliance problems.

They responded to my call on Sunday evening and set a time for service on Monday.
The technician called Monday morning to get an idea of the problem, came as promised, and was prepared with the correct part.
He knew exactly what to do, cleaned up, and explained clearly what was entailed.  He was courteous and we found him to be knowledgeable.

They did very well, pointed out that the problem was user error so he was very honest and I appreciated that.

Adam was very good, punctual and got the job done, and even came back when the first visit didn't resolve the problem.

Went very well. Service arrived on time, understood the repair and finished in a professional manner.

. Same day I ran dishwasher and it leaked. I popped off front panel and could feel it leaking. I ordered valve off the internet myself and had a friend put it on. It cost me about $50.00. If I had A-1 come back I would have been over $315.00 for this repair not to mention the time involved with two repair visits.

Work went great, they weren't able to fix my microwave or washing machine, but diagnosed them and advised me to get new ones because the cost would be more to fix. Also advised me on how to redeem my warranty for both. Dryer was fixed in a timely manner, very punctual, friendly, and professional. Highly reccomend them to anyone and would definitely use again for any appliance issue.

I left a message on the company answering machine.  My call was returned within the hour.  A Serviceman was able to come the same afternoon.  Very professional and organized.  He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes.  He had the parts on hand and the stove was fixed and cleaned within 15 minutes.  The price was very reasonable.  Excellent service.

The dryer on our 17 year old  stacked washer/dryer stopped working.
My phone call to the answering service was returned within an hour, and an appointment made for the following day.
I worried we'd have to replace the machine. Instead, we were given a clear explanation for the very-solvable problem.
The work was completely promptly and the price was very reasonable. 
The next day, in trying to use the washer, the water would not come in.
A call to the company brought the repairman back rapidly.
In moving the machine, a wire had been dislodged; it was repaired rapidly with no extra charge.
The work was professional, courteous, efficient and responsible.
I'd definitely use them again.

I called A-1 and made an appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window and called when they were on their way. They quickly identified the problem, and said that they would need to order the replacement for my dryer's heating unit. The called the next day to say the part was in, and came that afternoon to fix the machine. Very profesisonal, very nice, very reliable repairmen.

They were prompt. They returned calls and they showed up on time. The appliance isn’t fixed yet; the work is not done yet.
