Lucas from All Clear was very prompt for his Saturday appointment. He was very friendly and did not do any high-pressure up-selling. He finished the repair in less than 15 minutes. His solution looks to be more permanent as he put in a longer tail pipe. I'll provide an update to verify the longevity of the repair.

"We want to say thank you for taking the time to write this review. We truly appreciate it because it lets us know how we are doing through our customers' eyes. I'm sorry that you were less than pleased with our company's performance. I see that you gave us a "B" rating for almost all the categories. I'm not sure why though... You mentioned in your comments that we were very friendly, but you gave us a "B" for professionalism. We came out the same day, at the exact time that we told you we would, yet you gave us a "B" for responsiveness & punctuality. The job was done well, yet you gave us a "B" for quality. I also see that you gave us an "F" rating for the price. We charged you $369+tax to have our plumber literally crawl on his belly through raw wet sewage under your house all the way across to the other side where the sewer access was located all while carrying his machine & tools with him. He then proceeded to snake out your main sewer line from that very same position. I'm not sure if you've ever seen a large sewer snake in action before. (It's not the flimsy type that you might use on your kitchen or tub drains.) It is quite difficult to maneuver while lying on your belly. You mentioned that you did some homework after the job was completed and found a plumber that quoted you $150 for this exact job. I'm honestly not being sarcastic here, but I would really like to know the name of that company. We always, and I mean always, aim to please. I truly am disappointed that we couldn't meet your expectations. For that I am sorry."

He was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought the cost was rather high, for a job that only took about 40 minutes, but that was my only complaint.

The response time was great, they called ahead and showed up shortly thereafter.
The work took only about 10 minutes and only required a small inexpensive part, so I did feel that the price was a bit high (about $190 including tax), but I don't know the "going rate" for this work. That was the only downside. The gentleman was very friendly, professional, courteous and took care to lay down a tarp so as not to leave footprints on my carpet. I would definitely call them again for other plumbing work.
