I just think it was his personality, he was very intense. He did the job. It was just his personality, you had to leave him alone. I get semi involved, I don't try to be a pest, but I do want to know what's going on. You can just tell his head was spinning and you had to get out of there. He was probably adding numbers and all of that. I wouldn't want to be putting showers in.

We had a tricky fit due to the placement of a window and vanity in our master bathroom. Ultimately, the design that Showerman produced works perfectly. They cut the glass in a timely manner and had it installed quickly. I called them about a small chip on one of the shelves I noticed about a week later, and they sent someone immediately to fix it.

We just completed a bathroom addition and dealt with numerous people in different trades. Contractor, roofer, plumber, electrician, plumbing supply, two tile stores, marble yard, painter and a designer. We were satisfied with all of them. Without question our best experience and greatest satisfaction is with our beautiful glass shower doors. Mark measured and then came back to explain our difficult install. His men were punctual, polite and skilled. The office was responsive and Tara is terrific.

Mark called me personally and set up at date and time for measurements. He arrived as scheduled and he did the measurement himself. We discussed the types of glass available without any pressure to upgrade anything. We had a pleasant conversation and he didn't rush any decision out of me. He explained everything about what to expect about the glass, the hardware and the installation, so there were no surprises. I am extremely happy with the final product and the entire process with Mark and his company Showerman and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new shower door. I also feel that anyone who gave less than an A rating on price after giving A's on all other aspects is being unjust. After all, you get what you pay for and the price is no surprise since it's written in the contract before you buy. Thank you Mark for adding a wonderful look to my new bathroom with your Showerman frameless glass shower door and the beautiful handle and tasteful brackets. P.S I'm glad I went with the Ultra Clear-Low Iron Glass; it is absolutely crystal clear and beautiful.

Owner, Mark, showed up to measure and explain the installation.
He explained all the options available.
Told me that the glass would be ready in about 2 weeks.
The installers showed up today and the installation went great.
They cleaned up afterwards and you wouldn't even know they were there.

I cannot be happier!!!  This was a great lead from Angie's List!  I called many (5-6) other places, but once I spoke with Mark there was no question that I was going to use his company - and I am so glad I did!  Everything went perfectly smoothly and was done when it was supposed to be done, how it was supposed to be done.  Everyone from the company was professional and a delight to deal with.  And most importantly, they are all meticulous perfectionists, which is rare to find in this day and age - and so immensely appreciated by this meticulous perfectionist!  I highly recommend this company and will use them for any/all glass or mirror needs that I may have going forward.

Excellent.   Very helpful service in the show room.   Quick follow up.    Unfortunately, small oops - glass door broken in loading in their vehicle, but they put a rush order on it and I had in few days after original date.  Handled as well as possible, just one of those things.  Owner came out to measure, and confirm details before final order.   He did not over sell me.  Highly recommended coating, which I had already decided based on friend recommendations, and the tint didn't make a big difference and he didn't recommend it.   I have no regrets.  Expensive for the smallest shower possible, but very professionally done, easy to maintain which was why I wanted it and it looks beautiful.   I wanted the minimum amount of metal and this makes the room seem larger especially when you are in the shower.   Very professional, everything left clean and extremely well done.

Everything went really well with Showerman - from the initial appointment setup to meeting with the owner who handled the sales pitch at our home to the installation of the shower door. We were very happy with every step in the process and we are very happy with the shower glass door in terms of look, value, and functionality.

I only gave a B for price because I do believe that custom, completely frameless shower glass doors are priced higher rather than lower. I should mention that we spoke with three vendors and they were all in the same price range with Showerman being in the middle of the three vendors. Finding a better price for a custom glass door that was completely frameless was a serious challenge. 

 I believe we purchased a product with quality materials from an owner who wants to provide his customers with the best product as a fair price. I also have the feeling that Showerman would stand behind their product and installation if we ever had any issues.

If I had to do it again, I would do it the same way.

We love it.  They came out and spec'd the job. We then visited the showroom and picked out the exact glass, handles, etc.  About 2 weeks later two workers came out and removed and installed the new one in about 3 hours.  A few days later after everything dried and cured it was ready to use.  No rework, no extra visits.  Very professional outfit. Would definitely recommend.

The installer came and measured and recommended where the glass should go. He said that it would take 10 days to assemble and would be ready to install after that. All the work was completed as promised and would highly recommend this company. From the time we selected what we wanted at the store to the completion of the work, I was very happy.
