I purchased system separately. American came to install it. I gave them a poor review because their customer service is horrible. The system installed 'trips' every morning due to outdoor irrigation. This means that I have to go to the basement to reset the system because the system was not set up originally to bypass outdoor irrigation! It was a simple fix. All they had to do was come back to make small change (which by the way I would have paid for). I phoned them 10 times in 3 weeks and was always promised to receive a return call. They never got back to me. I called to speak with the manager who told me that I should deal direct with Flo Logic being I purchased the system from them. They wanted nothing to do with helping me or my concerns with the system. I do not usually leave reviews but this one I felt was necessary.
