Best pool service ever! We've had some terrible experiences with other pool services and were about to give up on our swamp looking pool for the year when we saw a deal on Angie's List for a diagnosis by Joe's. They came out the next day told us exactly what was wrong with no bull and good hearted honesty. We agreed to have to filter replaced they thoroughly explained how the system works the following day they came out and vacuumed and scrubbed. By the weekend we finally have a crystal clear amazing looking pool. Will definitely be using them for year to come. Great job guys!

Their service was fine. They were supposed to give me an estimate on a pool cover. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from them. For the service that they did which was what I paid for, they were fine. They were on time and they did a good job. It didn't cost more than the big deal purchase.

I used them last year to patch up a couple of leaks in the pool.  They also put a new cover for the pool.  Their prices are kind of correct with the other ones.  I don't see anybody better than them so far but if I find somebody better than them I would use somebody else.  I used them last year and used them this year as well, but I hope I don't have to use them again.  So far I'm very happy with the owner.  He's a very friendly guy and seems like a decent guy.  So far I've had a good experience with them.

When they contacted me for the appointment they were a little backed up due to pool opening season and the Angie's List Deal, but they nevertheless squeezed us in within 2 days when they heard the desperation in my voice. They came out and gave us a few tips on what to look for over time and didn't just try to sell us a new liner coming right out of the box. Instead he closed the main drain so we can see if that is the problem. I do appreciate that and if we do continue to lose water and it is the liner, I will call them. He gave us an off the cuff estimate for a new liner and it was $500 less than the last guy. Seem trustworthy

Joe and his team did a great job restoring an in-ground pool that was in very bad shape (empty for years, ripped liner).
They fixed the vermiculite base, replaced the liner and pump on my 32 x 16  in-ground pool.
Joe is very responsive, punctual and honest.  Few days after I gave Joe  the initial deposit an unexpected issue that
could have prevented the work came up. I contacted Joe and he offered to refund the whole amount.  The issue was resolved
and Joe continued with the work.
Once  I gave the go ahead the work was done quickly (about 1 week)
Joe was pleasure to work with! Always on time .He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He would contact me to give me a heads up and explain next steps.
Joe performed extra work (replace several hoses, added a valve) at no additional cost.
 I am extremely happy with the workmanship.
The cost was at par, or a bit lower than 3  other estimates.

The job went great without any problems.  Joe and his office staff were wonderful.  Calls were returned, Joe came when he said he would, and the liner is beautiful.  The price for the entire job  was reasonable and he also closed the pool for us.  Joe is a man of his word and we can not say enough good things about the entire experience.

Joe and his team did a great job replacing our pool liner despite the adversity that was presented.  This was at the beginning of the summer when it was pouring inches of rain.  Having a high water table, the liner just wasn't setting perfectly with the ground so saturated.  Thus, we had to drain the pool a couple times to get it right.  But I tell you what, they kept working at it and once it settled, it was a perfect fit.  Without even asking, Joe offered us money back due to the disappointment in not having it done as quickly as we had all hoped.  It was very generous and compassionate of him. Thank you to Joe and the team!

THEY CAME ON TIME, BUT DID A TERRIBLE JOB. ONE OF THE MEN HAD A CIGARETTE DANGLING FROM HIS MOUTH THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS THERE AND CONSTANTLY CRITICIZED THE PEOPLE WHO CLOSED THE POOL.  AFTER THEY LEFT WE DISCOVERED THAT THEY MESSED UP OUR POOL HEATER. THE POOL WAS LOOSING WATER. THEY DIDN'T CLOSE A VALVE CORRECTLY SO WE HAD TO CALL ANOTHER POOL CO. WHO FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT JOE'S POOL SERVICE CREATED. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

He was good.  He was good on the phone, he gave me a wealth of knowledge.  He was pretty thorough.

Pipe to pool pump was broken.  Crew came out and replaced section of pipe.  after repair, pipe continued to suck in air causing pump to lose prime after about an hour.  Joe came out to troubleshoot and by-passed a section of pipe to diagnose the problem.  Problem solved with bypass.  Filter cleaners came out and cleaned the filter on time.  I have initiated routine maintenance service.

They were good. Everything was good, there was just this one guy who was rude, but the main people, the owners who are very friendly. This one gentleman is not in the right job.

Called, made appointment. Joe and assistant came and measured, gave an estimate - money and time (2 weeks). In less than 2 weeks it was ready and Joe came back with a crew and they installed it. Came back the next day to open pool and finish/check work. They were timely, fair, friendly, professional, courteous...  I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the quality of the service provided asa well as the final outcome. Money very well spent. Our family's highest recommendation!

I had never used Joe's Pool Service before, but I was recomended by a friend. They were really accomodating and super nice. On top of that the under cut the price of my previous pool people, so that was a great plus. I would DEFINITELY use them again for all my pool needs. Can't stress enough how nice the staff and workers were. Really great guys all around.

I have used Joe's Pool Service for years & I just recently used them again to replace the vinyl liner for my in-ground pool & I have to say they run an excellent service from installation to daily maintenance. After trying other companies in the past they are at the top of our list & they are the only company we would recommend.
