Nick and his team worked tirelessly (and even came out on a Sunday) to work towards the deadline we set despite a summer of rain and delayed permits from the town. I was kept in the loop the whole time, updated, provided options, and constantly encouraged by their work. The finished product is even better than we could've imagined.

Nick and his team did an incredible job matching the pieces of siding I needed. The end result was superb. Price, communication, and quality of work, I couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

The professional quality of this company is outstanding, however their passion for their work and their consideration for the customer is above excellence. They arrived on time and left late just to finish the job because it was going to rain the next day. They cleaned up our yard to look even better then when they arrived and they were so cordial. We added an additional small job, they quoted us a very fair price and finished that the next day after the rain. I would recommend this company to anyone who respects good quality and down to earth caring people. I never encountered such a wonderful group of people before and am recommending them highly. Called at 9:00 for a estimate they called to say they would be here at 12:00 agreed on a price and they did the job right then. Also gave me a estimate foranother job that i hope to be giving them shortly. Excellent work at a fair price. I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends

Professional work, neat and communicative every step of the way.

I spoke with Nick and scheduled an appointment for an estimate for emergency repairs to my roof and chimney. Elvi and Jon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They patiently explained (several times over) the problems and required repairs. They took photos on my roof and showed me the problems and the solutions. They explained the discrepancies from what others were stating need be done. Their solutions were the same as the insurance company adjuster had suggested. Their estimate was not only the best of four that I had received, but it also included the most comprehensive repairs. Above and beyond this, they were able to take into account my very limited income and provide an even lower estimate thanks to Nick. They included other repairs that were needed to the gutters at no extra charge. They scheduled the work for the following morning and stayed until after dark in order to complete the job in only one day. They cleaned up all debris from the driveway and yard. I HIGHLY recommend these KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, HARDWORKING, FRIENDLY and CARING men! I will be calling them in the future for more repairs needed to other areas of my home.

After placing my initial request, I received a phone contact within 5 minutes, had an estimate done the following morning and will have the work completed within the week. My first impression of Vinyl Masters is outstanding. The siding on my chimney came loose due to high winds. Nick was very responsive and courteous. We agreed on a date/time and they came out to work as agreed to. The work was done professionally, promptly, and under budget. His guys were great as well.
