"We replaced Mr [Member name]'s roof June of 2014. Unfortunately he did have a leak in September of 2014. We addressed the issue immediately. We have not heard from since September of 2014. Mr [Member name]'s post has a date of September 4, 2015. Started with a good working relationship with Mike Jeffries and ended with a beautiful house. Everyone who came to my house was professional, courteous, on time and happy to accommodate any small changes I had. They cleaned up their work area every night before they left. Any issues I had were dealt with immediately by Mike or Chuck. Ray, their siding guy, was excellent; his attention to detail is unbelievable and I've already had people commenting on his work. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them highly because they do quality work.

Construction looks good but I haven't heard from the insurance company if approved. Since I was given a quick deadline for repairs by insurance co. I didn't have time to get other estimates so I went with the best I could find on your list.

"[Member Name Removed] This job was from the fall of 2014. My records indicate that we performed the roof repairs on August 27th, 2014. The interior work was completed by September 11th. You paid us in full on September 24th. You called again on October 14th to let us know that the tape and spackle on the ceiling didn't look right. We sent our painter out again on Monday October 27th when you said you were available. This was taken care of and we have no record of further communication from you until now. Not sure of the exact date or exact cost - I think last year sometime and cost is estimate of what I remember.
It went well - they were responsive. We had to have them come back out because we had a leak that appeared after they had been here but they came back out and fixed it immediately.

Steve Hunter called me on Thursday afternoon and confirmed he would be out on Saturday, 3/21 with a window of 1pm - 3pm. I gave him my cell number and told him he needed to call me when he arrived as we do not have doorbells at the main entrance doors of our buildings.
I then called him at 11AM on Saturday to see if we could narrow down the appointment window. At that point, he advised that he was on his way to a wedding in PA and claimed that our appointment was on Friday at 1:00PM. I told him that not only had I discussed this appointment with the receptionist, but that he agreed to the Saturday appointment when we spoke on Thursday. Out of curiosity, I asked him if he showed up on Friday as no one called my cell phone and he would have needed to call me if he actually did show up on Friday. He then started to backtrack and mention that weather was a factor on Friday. If the appointment was really made on Friday, which it was not, and weather was really a factor, I still received no call to reschedule the appointment due to supposed inclement weather.

on-site workers were kind and courteous to our owners who do live on-site and very clean, I cannot stress that enough! and polite too. The owners of Seashore (Gary & Anthony Johnson) were so wonderful to work with and they explained all parts of each roof job in detail and the quality of work to be done, the benefits of new pitched white GAF product roofs and the warranty (25 year) and guarantees for each roof along with annual inspection schedule. We are extremely happy, pleased and thankful for the phenomenal job they did on our building's roofs & drainage systems. We also want to thank Steve Hunter (Business Mgr.) for all of his efforts and communication throughtout the project. all of their JOB WELL DONE SEASHORE CONSTRUCTION CORP. of Egg Harbor Twp. NJ
