Everything went well on all the above except for the garage door. Then there was a problem with the sub-contractor. However, as soon as Seashore was notified, they immediately sent someone to rectify the problem. So with all the work they did for us, I will give them an A plus.

Everything about this company was first class. They were very prompt with service and installation. The cost was very fair for the work performed. The crew was courteous and accommodating throughout the process. All old materials were removed and the premises was left as clean as could be.

All of the work was done well and in the correct order. With each section of work, the area was cleared of trash and debris. We would definitely have Seashore Construction back in the future.

Great! Have had no leaking problems since. Note: I previously used Seashore for an insurance claim with the same 100% satisfied. They've always been on time and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

Seashore covered and took great care of all of my landscaping and prevented damage. Also they covered the walls of the house preventing shingles from hitting the siding during there removed of my old shingles. I have a large roof and was surprised by the large crew of men they sent to do the job. The roof was removed in 5 hours and it was put back on and completed in 1 1/2 days. My yard was clean and looked better than it did prior to them starting. I almost for got the also ran this type of magnet on wheels that picked up most of the nails. What a great job. My wife and I were delighted with the job. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for transforming my house with a new look and color

We were really happy when they showed up on time and completed the job in one day. The guys were very nice and were respectful of my home. They completed the roof in one day and cleaned up all the wrappers and threw them in the trash. They came back and inspected the job to make sure that their were no nails laying around.

Came out looked at my roof. Estimate was provided the next day and work was scheduled. Came out to do the estimate when they said and came out to do the repair when they said they would. Left no mess and I was even able to pay online. Very convenient.

We called for an estimate and Seashore arrived the next day to give us an estimate for our new roof and windows/door. We received a quote from them within 24hrs and they proceed with the project within the time frame we needed. The project went smoothly with no problems at all, the crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. We will be putting on addition next spring and have already contact Seashore to do this project. We would highly recommend them.

Seashore was very professional! They showed up when they said they would. They let me know it would only take a couple of hours and when they were done he cleaned everything up. The workmanship was top notch and would never know the fan was added 10 years after home was built. Will call Seashore for any future home needs.

At estimate , I was told the price will be $14,700 approximately & then for the stuff I added or I asked for , I was told it will be extra couple of hundreds , then they mailed me a proposal for $18,700 , that's for the same job. That's $4000 extra !!

Sea Shore did such an amazing job on our Master bathroom. The attention to detail is incredible. We had custom wood trim and wainscoting installed and it looks flawless. Chuck and his guys were so wonderful to work with even when I was a little picky, they reminded me this was my dream bathroom and I will get what I want. There was a small issue with the Marble counter top distributor but Chuck refused to settle and had them cut a completely new slap because he said the 1st one was just not acceptable. My final price was more then fair, in the estimating process I was given allowances for different things, ex. fixtures, flooring, counter tops, cabinets. Some items came in under budget and I was given the credit and other were mover which I was more then happy to pay for as I picked those items. Great job as always, Thanks guys:-)

chimney still leaks after several returns.

Seashore Construction replaced my roof, attic fan and gutters. They did a great job. The roof looks beautiful and I am getting a lot of compliments on it. They returned all my calls promptly, showed up on time and cleaned up well. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Started with a good working relationship with Mike Jeffries and ended with a beautiful house. Everyone who came to my house was professional, courteous, on time and happy to accommodate any small changes I had. They cleaned up their work area every night before they left. Any issues I had were dealt with immediately by Mike or Chuck. Ray, their siding guy, was excellent; his attention to detail is unbelievable and I've already had people commenting on his work. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them highly because they do quality work.

Construction looks good but I haven't heard from the insurance company if approved. Since I was given a quick deadline for repairs by insurance co. I didn't have time to get other estimates so I went with the best I could find on your list. Employees were prompt, courteous, and professional.

Definitely run away from this company if you can. I had a simple roof repair job and they completely botched it, twice. Today, after numerous visits and phone calls over a few months, my son's bedroom ceiling is peeling, still has visible water damage, and the ceiling is bent and discolored. I will be calling a different company to repair what Seashore did, which was plainly awful. I won't let them near my house again, given that I gave them two chances of getting this fixed properly.

They were very punctual, provided details to the job and how it would be done. I was comfortable that the guy knew what we was talking about. I was all set to use them for the job until I received the quote. The work to be performed was the same job as the other contractors except $5500 - $6200 cheaper from the other guys.

They are clean, neat courteous, prompt and did a good job. It was a 3 story house and it was worth the price. They are good. They did me good and I was happy. I have recommended them.

Not sure of the exact date or exact cost - I think last year sometime and cost is estimate of what I remember. It went well - they were responsive. We had to have them come back out because we had a leak that appeared after they had been here but they came back out and fixed it immediately.

Went with another contractor who was responsive.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate with SCC's receptionist on Thursday, 3/19 and was very clear that I was coming in from out of town, therefore needed a Saturday appointment. Steve Hunter called me on Thursday afternoon and confirmed he would be out on Saturday, 3/21 with a window of 1pm - 3pm. I gave him my cell number and told him he needed to call me when he arrived as we do not have doorbells at the main entrance doors of our buildings. I then called him at 11AM on Saturday to see if we could narrow down the appointment window. At that point, he advised that he was on his way to a wedding in PA and claimed that our appointment was on Friday at 1:00PM. I told him that not only had I discussed this appointment with the receptionist, but that he agreed to the Saturday appointment when we spoke on Thursday. Out of curiosity, I asked him if he showed up on Friday as no one called my cell phone and he would have needed to call me if he actually did show up on Friday. He then started to backtrack and mention that weather was a factor on Friday. If the appointment was really made on Friday, which it was not, and weather was really a factor, I still received no call to reschedule the appointment due to supposed inclement weather.

Excellent. Work performed as designed and stated in contract including working with building inspectors. Work performed timely and kept us advised of delays due to weather adjusting completion date.
