Dealing with Chuck at Seashore could not have been easier. He is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of construction and stayed in touch with us by phone and email throughout the entire project. He would often send us pictures of the project's progress. The work was done correctly, on time, and always at the price which was quoted. Seashore replaced the drywall in our home and several interior doors and painted. They also remodeled our spare bathroom/laundry room The work was flawless and our house looks great. Since that time we have hired Seashore to help us with 2 additional projects, always knowing that we can trust them 100% to do excellent work at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use Seashore for any interior or exterior remodeling project. They are professional and honest in every regard.
I have a large roof and was surprised by the large crew of men they sent to do the job. The roof was removed in 5 hours and it was put back on and completed in 1 1/2 days.
My yard was clean and looked better than it did prior to them starting.
I almost for got the also ran this type of magnet on wheels that picked up most of the nails. What a great job.
My wife and I were delighted with the job.

We called for an estimate and Seashore arrived the next day to give us an estimate for our new roof and windows/door. We received a quote from them within 24hrs and they proceed with the project within the time frame we needed. The project went smoothly with no problems at all, the crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. We will be putting on addition next spring and have already contact Seashore to do this project. We would highly recommend them.

"Thank you for your feedback and I apologize about any miscommunication. I spoke to Mike about you informing him there were 2 layers of roof. he said he did not recall that conversation. The contract that you signed clearly states on the first line "1 layer tear off". If that was not correct and you knew that, then I would hope you would have called the office or Mike directly to let us know and we could have changed that before any work was done. It also clearly states on the contract that there are no oral agreements and everything must be in writing. We do that to specifically avoid challenges like this and to protect the consumer. As for the extra cost of $230, Seashore Construction kept it to a minimum to only cover our costs for the additional labor and dump fee. We strive to have all of our customers have a good experience when we perform work for them. I apologize again for any miscommunication.
