WORLDWIDE WHOLESALE FLOOR COVERINGS

The saleswoman was very good and very patient. We were very nervous with putting floors down. We had a Formica floor put down by another company about 6 years ago. She was sensitive to this. The floors were installed nicely. The quality of the product does not seem to be as good as the cost. We told the woman that we have plastic casters. She told us that was OK. That we should just not move in them while seated. We haven't. I am not seeing pockmarks and scrapes in the floor. When they sent the installer out they told me it was nails. They filled it in with wood putty. He also told me dents were coming from the chairs. I called the store up, they sent someone else.

I had a bit of a hard time initially, because the flooring was found to be damaged before it left the warehouse (b/t/w this was discovered BEFORE the flooring was delivered to my house and my salesman even went to the warehouse to verify the problem). I had to wait over two months for a new shipment to arrive in the warehouse. In all fairness, they did offer me the opportunity to switch to another floor; it was my choice to wait it out. During the wait, my salesman resigned and I had to make a number of phone calls to find out a status of my order. However, one of the managers agreed to handle my account personally. They were going to give me a credit on my order because of the confusion, but I opted to have more expensive molding, which I only paid 1/2 price for. I thought this was an acceptable resolution. Boy, am I glad I waited for the wood I had originally ordered. The floor is absolutely beautiful! The molding is perfect and the installers even filled in the nail holes. They spent almost 12 hours completing the installation and I couldn't be more pleased with the way the floor turned out.

Had made a Saturday appointment for ceramic tile to be installed. The installer was suppose to call me to confirm appointment and exact time. No one called that evening or Sat. morning. I received the run around, but it looks like they failed to tell the installer. I had to reschedule for Monday and lose a day's pay. Had to picket outside store and they reduced price by my day's pay and upgraded to fast drying stuff so floor would be dry for my kitchen cabinet installer coming Wed. Wood floor installer came on it. Left a 3/4 in gap that my quarter round was too small to cover. They had offered 12 months no finance charge credit, got my first statement and was being charged interest. Seems they didn't put me in for it. Currently waiting for them to get back on the floor gap and the interest charge. I had received a good price and am not sure about it if the gap is normal. If you shop here be careful! Also, they didn't install all the room dividers. They didn't want to cut my doors.

They came in and did the job. They did everything as expected.

The refrigerator was taken out by husband. It was easy to take out at the time. When the work was done I told the workers they put the wrong crown molding around the island. My husband and I both told them to put the refrigerator back. They told us it had to sit out for 24 hours. We are waiting for them to correct the crown molding, which we purchased, and put our refrigerator back where it belongs. This is probably the worst customer experience I have had. They don't return phone calls. I went in on Monday and the store manager told me he didn't know when the wood would get done but the refrigerator would be moved back. It is the end of the week and no one has contacted me.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. ESTIMATOR/MEASURER WAS VERY PUNCTUAL & EFFICIENT. INSTALLERS WERE EFFICIENT & NEAT, LEFT NO MESS. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN & VERY ACCURATE WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME & WERE VERY POLITE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THEY MISREPRESENTED THE FLOOR IN THE SHOW ROOM. WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE WANTED. THEY LEFT SOME CARDBOARD MESSES FOR US TO CLEAN UP. ALSO, THEY WERE QUITE EXPENSIVE. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY EXPERIENCED AND DO EXACTLY AS PROMISED. THEY HAVE VERY REASONABLE PRICES AND ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY OFFER VERY GOOD EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS AND, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEIR PRICES ARE GOOD, BUT THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION I HAD ISSUES WITH. THEIR FORMULA REQUIRES THAT I BUY A SQUARE OF CARPET, BUT MY BASEMENT IS 'L' SHAPED. THERE WAS A LOT OF CARPETING LEFT OVER AND THEY TOOK ALL OF IT WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I PAID FOR IT AND THEY TOOK IT BACK.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY HAULED OFF ALL THE OLD CARPETING AND EVEN REMOVED THEIR SHOES WHEN THEY LAID THE CARPET.

THE COMPANY HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROMPT. THEY HAVE GOOD PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. WE ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS ON THE WORK THEY DO FOR US.

THEY WERE GOOD BECAUSE THE PRICES ARE NOT SO BAD. WORLD WIDE HAS A WIDE SELECTION OF CHOICES. WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT WITH NO COMPLAINTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY. THE PRICES ARE BELOW MARKET AND VERY REASONABLE. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

AFTER SHOPPING ONLINE AND IN MANY LOCAL STORES FOR WOOD, TILE, AND CARPET FLOORING FOR A CONDO RENOVATION, I SELECTED WORLDWIDE, LOCATED ACROSS FROM THE CHERRY HILL MALL, BECAUSE THEIR STAFF (IN PARTICULAR MIRIAM SACHS) WERE THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE OF ANYONE I HAD SPOKEN WITH AT ANY STORE OR ONLINE. THEY ALSO SPENT CONSIDERABLE TIME WITH ME TALKING ABOUT THE LOOK I WANTED TO ACCOMPLISH, AND COMPARING SAMPLES TO FIND THE RIGHT COMBINATION. IN ADDITION, THEIR SHOWROOM WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND OFFERED A SUBSTANTIAL SELECTION. WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR INSTALLATION, THEY WERE HAPPY TO WORK WITH MY CONTRACTOR ON INSTALLATION OF THE WOOD AND TILE FLOORING. THEIR OWN PEOPLE DID THE CARPETING, WHICH JOB WAS PERFORMED QUICKLY AND NEATLY, WITH A PERFECT FIT.
