We have been using them 2-3 months for our car maintenance. Their works were topnotch. We used them all time.

Last August I spent $3,000.00 to have my car fixed "top to bottom" including brakes. Now after looking at my vehicle they determined that my rotor is rusted and that is why it squeaks. also they did not experience any fishtailing when they test drove it. They told me that my tires are wearing unevenly and I need balancing, alignments, etc. I have it on record a few times, so that when I am in an accident because of this, it will be their fault. Then they come up with my brake fluid needs to be changed (I hear that all dealerships do this). So, for some minor things they wanted to charge me over $1,500. This car has been garbage after the first year. I have replaced so many tires over the years (the car is 9 years old), and it still fishtails. I personally think it is a defect in the car. So I was upset and picked up my car not allowing them to work on it. I had to stop on the way home because my tire pressure all of a sudden was low (22-26 PSI). Also they told me I needed a battery for my remote now all of a sudden the remote was giving me a hard time. Just an awful expensive experience. My suggestion is find a local mechanic that hopefully you can trust so that you do not get "Monetarily Raped" by their hourly labor charge.

They are very competent to work on infinity cars. Their prices are high. The people are courteous. They have a very nice waiting area and I will continue to use them. The workers are very courteous and professional. I bought my car 15 years ago and I have used them exclusively since then.

They go above and beyond. You are paying for luxury and they make sure that you get the luxury experience from beginning to end. They ask when I need the car by, if they think they can do it, great. If they don't think they can do it, they will provide me with a loaner. The waiting area is phenomenal. The kitchen is stocked with snacks, drinks, and free WiFi computers. Everyone is excellent. I haven't had a problem with a single person.

The check just went so far and I was told my ignition coils were warn and needed replacing. This Infiniti location serviced my auto since it was new and bought in Sept. 1999. They were very honest and very good in keeping my auto in good shape. This coil replacement problem was going to be expensive so I decided to replace only the two that were faulty and see how the remaining 6 continued to wok. All went well and I was happy with my decision.

Greeeted promptly. Work done on time with no glitches. Work done well.

I had an appointment scheduled as usual, dropped the car off at 7 pm Tuesday night. Service was completed and the vehicle washed and waiting for me by 4 pm the next day. I say this because my work hours stink, and I'm not always be able to drop the car off and pick it up by 5 pm.

I have always had great service. Over the last 10 years.
