They only had one job to do… …just pick up my order in Portland and deliver it to my house. It began well enough - I received multiple auto-calls to let me know my four-hour delivery window. Even got updates when their van was 5-30 minutes out. But then…nothing. My order never arrived. Even though their tracking system insisted that it was delivered and signed for by me. So I called customer service. And waited on hold for an hour and sixteen minutes (at least a friendly voice came on every four minutes or so to tell me how important my phone call was). But my phone’s battery ran low, so I had to abandon all hope that someone would actually answer my call. I tried their website contact form, requesting to be contacted to resolve the issue. Finally, an email response: “Please see the attached proof of delivery photo” There was indeed a hastily snapped photo of my delivery leaning against a neighbor’s entryway. Had the house number not been cut off in the photo, it may have even been useful...They only had one job to do
