Time will tell if the repair holds up. We have not had much rain, but if it does hold up and the work is as good as it looks on the surface, then it was well worth it. The best part of using Home Advisor was the quick and thorough response. We were called within seconds of making the request and the repair was done the very next day.

I called them on a Monday, the guys came out to inspect the chimney cover, which was totally rusted throughout. I was given a price on the spot and agreed to it. Two days later it was installed!!! I have looked at a couple of companies and compared what each and everyone has to offer. After careful consideration I decided to choose First Rate because I loved their customer service and they definitely seems knowledgeable and skilled. When the roof , gutter, and siding were completed it looks very nice. I am pleased with the outcome. As of right now I do not have any issue but since it is new it is too soon to tell. But I definitely would recommend this company to friends and families if they require any kind of works to be done.
