"I replaced all the Interior doors in their home in the amount of time they purchased. I may have gone over that time a bit, but my main concern was completing the job for the client. All the doors needed to be cut to size, holes bored out for the lock set, and the hinges needed to be mortised out. I not only was prepared for that job, but also very organized with my system in replacing the doors. The client was impressed with my abilities and the quality of work. The client's husband is very talented and handy, but found this task to be a bit out of his reach. To say i didn't have my stuff together is very shocking."

"Mr [Member Name Removed] proved to be one of my most educated clients. He was very well aware of the specific products he wanted to use in his kitchen. Mr [Member Name Removed] was shown several options, but was set on a very specific color and species of wood.( Bamboo Shaker style Cabinets) After searching several vendors over the course of several weeks, we found a California vendor who makes this style cabinet. We showed Mr [Member Name Removed] the sample (was a picture only, as an actual sample would cost a significant amount of money which Mr. [Member Name Removed] refused) Mr. [Member Name Removed] liked the sample but the price was out of his budget. It should be noted, We have business relationships with several cabinet distributors, none of which had access to the Bamboo Shaker. We reached our to a supplier we've never done business with before (of whom we will not ever do business with in the future) to get this particular cabinet. The salesman did not do a very good job with the drawing thereby causing Us to look unprofessional and amateurish. Not many people in the market we service are "Green" Conscience, requesting all man made and recycled materials. In fact, the market for these products are very exclusive and are often very expensive. It's not our place to dictate a client's budget,but we trust that any client requesting these items are well aware of their costs.We take pride in our work, and have proven results, with a very satisfied client base. I discerned Mr. [Member Name Removed] was serious about the work he wanted done. Mr. [Member Name Removed] may have lost faith when he seen the drawing. I admit, I too was unhappy with it, and argued with the designer about them. I was reluctant to present them to him as I tried to show myself professional, prepared, and confident. But with these badly done renderings, most of my credibility was lost. My other distributors would never have presented me with such poorly done drawings. Mr [Member Name Removed] is welcome to have his kitchen drawing done over FREE OF CHARGE. We feel confident he will be more than pleased with THESE results. 609 556 9288"
