Jason, the owner, came out to take a look at my problem (collapsing deck steps) within a hour of my call to HA on a SUNDAY! I explained that I needed job completed pretty quick for an upcoming party and he delivered. Not only was job done quickly (and in 90+heat), it was done as promised and with a great clean up. Highly recommend.

Said he was 99% certain a universal remote which he had on his truck would work. Charged a service fee but did not even try a universal remote. I guess I was the unlucky 1%

"I'm sorry for the miscommunication unfortunately the unit uses only one specific remote and that unit is no longer in production. I took the time to researched it with the manufacturer to see what options there were and I explained this to the customer as well as the option of changing to a new ignition system but unfortunately there was no simple fix. I apologize for any misunderstanding."
