We paid extra to take three people instead of two to do a thorough spring cleaning. We were told they would do what we asked them to. They explicitly said they would do windows. In the end, it was 2 people and they charged the fee for 3, they refused to do the basement and they didn't do the windows, and the job they did in the rooms they did do was just a dusting and floor cleaning, not the thorough job we asked for.

Did a very good job. Cleaners were thorough and friendly.

Was giving a quote of 45$ for kitchen stove, oven sink and counter top. They did not do oven and their were still stops on stove!

Showed up half hour late for a one hour cleaning, and left in half hour. Charged $85 for cleaning kitchen and bathroom for the decided 1 hour job but worked only half hour. Did not do a thorough kitchen scrubbing job, and the cleaning product used was inefficient. Kitchen counter still has a faint food odor. Bathroom shower curtain not cleaned.

they were late and did not finish what they were supposed to do. They had to leave to clean the next house. They left without cleaning the windows

Melvin was polite and gave me a fair quote on the first call. After one week, I called but he did not return my until I called again in the next day. He sent three people the next day but they were half an hour late. Did job semi professionally but not very attentive to details. Did not use right cleaning materials to do the right job, e.g., just use water to clean granite counter top, and not even drying them?! Melvin agreed they would sweep clean garage but obviously was not communicated till I told them. They did it and I even tipped them $20. Not top notch but satisfactory.

I had to call them back to clean the bathroom and then I spent "more" time cleaning it when they left. Not thorough and they claimed it was "done" on about an hour. While they were nice, based on the work quality I would not recommend.

Melvin was very nice and professional. I just bought a house and I needed it to be cleaned before moving in after some work was done around the house. I especially asked him to have the inside of all the cabinets cleaned. When I was ready to put the things in the cabinets, I found they were never cleaned. I called him and asked him for the money back or to send Maria again. He never argued with me but he just sent Maria back right away. I will probably hire them again just because I liked how he dealt with the situation. It was just disappointing this time.......

The cleaners arrived promptly and did a very professional job -- they even cleaned the inside of my oven and microwave. I was very pleased.

These guys wrre awesome. I never rate things like this but the owner saved me after a painter walked out on me. It took one call and the next day on a sauyrdayhe showed up painted three room and the cleaning peple came and all five of them don't all day nd whipped my rental into a home. They cleaned meticousky. In ever ever used ten before nd they truley saved my entire move thank you.guys. I don't know what better recommendation I could give!!!!!!

Given competitors, I thought the pricing was very high. Unfortunately, I needed this service because I am recovering from surgery and not able to clean my home well. The women did a nice job, but it cost me over $100, and I negotiated that rate down from a higher price! I live in a small 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, one level house.

They did a very nice job, I was pleased.

The ladies did a great job. After the move out the house was a mess and they cleaned it ready to move back in right away. They were very nice, polite,effective and fast. They responded to my request really quick, I asked for a move out cleaning on monday afternoon for the following day right after we moved and they were there and on time ! Thanks so much. I will definitly use them again.

The clean up was good. Problem was they were 1 1/2 late and did not call. I had to call to see if they were coming. Also owner quoted a fee and when the staff was leaving they asked for more than what was quoted, but did accept the quoted price.
