I noticed a wet mark in my upstairs Bedroom ceiling. I thought I needed repair but Jermaine said all I needed was the gutters cleaned and that there was a piece on the roof that was becoming detached so they refastened it. They showed up the same day and did the job. Jermaine and Levi were prompt and courteous. I would hire them again.

I hired them to fix a flat roof and install a new drain line. They finished job within my budget and time frame. Jermaine is very professional and knowledgeable person. Their charges are very fair and worth every penny for the service they provided.

Jermaine and his crew are the best in the roofing business here in NJ. We own multiple properties. They have done two roofs for us so far and we intend on using them for all our upcoming projects. In one property they replaced the ceiling inside our tenant's laundry room as well as the roof above. Outstanding work. Before they even showed up, the paperwork was completed correctly and on time. Their insurance is solid. They were kind and courteous to our tenants and customers while they were working. They left the place cleaner then when they found it. Jermaine knows roofs better than anyone I've met in this business. We intend on growing our business alongside his for a long time. We can't recommend them highly enough!

New Jersey Roofing Maintenance representatives were exactly on time for their first appointment to review the project. They gave me detailed options with cost estimates. After I finished meeting with all the contractors and selected them, they started and completed the project the very next day. Their initial estimate said there would be additional cost if they needed to replace the plywood but the workers told me it was fine and that there were no additional charges. As close to a perfect contractor experience as you could ever ask for.

Arrived on time and sent a text prior to arrival. Assessed room and drain problem. Did the work. Said if any problems with his work to stop leak to call him. I asked him to give estimates for other work on roof maintenance. Big rain storm last night and haven’t heard from tenant as to water problems. If so, they will come back no charges!
