ARTISTIC WINDOW CLEANING

Our windows look amazing. The view is beautiful. Rich worked with us to schedule around hurricane Irene. He was very clear about the process and costs. He communicates well and is very professional. I was quite comfortable having him work in our home while I was away. He is very knowledgable and i plan to recommend home to some friends.

Rich arrived on time and began working right away. He started on the exterior windows and made his way around the entire house before moving inside. He moved furniture as needed and placed everything back perfectly. Windows look amazing and I would definitely use his services again.

Scheduling window washing in March in NJ is not simple;Rich managed to work around the snow days and my schedule to fit in the 10 hours needed to complete the work. He let me know the cost well ahead of time. He arrived on schedule, was especially clean and neat in working both inside and outside. He pointed out heavy staining and etching (my windows are mostly 25 years old and exposed to well water sprinklers and tree pollen, mulch dust and construction dust.) and always gave me options for combatting damage ahead of time. He was extremely efficient and has very high standards. My windows look amazing! I should note that this was a big job. 80 very dirty windows, including 2 skylights and 3 sets of French doors, so the actual cost per square foot of window is quite reasonable.

The price was a little high but considering the difficulty of the job it was not out of line. He did a great job and the windows look beautiful. his cleaning was definitely much better than the windows I had cleaned myself on the first floor. He went the exrta mile and cleaned extra paint off many of the windows too. If I could afford it I would have had him do them all. I was very pleased with his work.

I PREVIOUSLY REPORTED THAT ARTISTIC DID NOT PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO OUR REQUEST FOR SERVICE. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG SINCE A QUOTE WAS SENT THE NEXT DAY AFTER HIS VISIT TO OUR HOME. HOWEVER, THE QUOTE CAME VIA E-MAIL WHICH WAS PUT AUTOMATICALLY IN OUR SPAM FILE. WE WERE NOT THOUGHTFUL ENOUGH TO LOOK IN THE SPAM FILE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WENT ON A TRIP AND UPON RETUNING WE CHECKED OUT THE SPAM FILE. SURE ENOUGH ,THERE WAS THE TIMELY QUOTE! WE REGRET REPORTING THE LACK OF RESPONSE! IF ANYTHING, THE RESPONSE WAS MOST TIMELY AND RESPONSIVE. PLEASE DELETE ALL FORMER COMMENTS REGARDING THIS UNFORTUNATE REPORT. ARTISTIC'S HANDLING OF THIS MATTER WAS EXCELLENT

Rich Santora did a very fine, professional job cleaning and making functional a houseful of old windows that had become stuck and crusty. He was cheerful, honest, on time, respectful, hard-working and neat. He worked independently, and did not disrupt the home, which is also an office. The price was high, but there were 120 windows, and it took a long time, as many of the windows had been painted shut, and there were very very many windows and storm windows. In fairness, Rich was up front about the price even before he came to do the estimate. When he was done, the windows were so clean, we almost didn't recognize the house -- we definitely didn't recognize the view. We would hire him again in a minute, and have nothing but praise for him. He did an excellent job.

Everything from beginning to end far exceed my expectations. My house literally was transformed and I was amazed at the difference it made. The price quoted was actually less then he deserved. Honestly, you will be as happy as I am with the quality of the work done by an extremely nice professional at a very reasonable price. Give him a call I am sure you will be glad you did, I certainly am!

The job was done perfectly. All inside surfaces were covered and protected and extremely neatly done. The windows sparkle. The person doing the work was extremely professional and very friendly. He was very concerned about our satisfaction when the work was complete. The price was exactly as quoted.

Windows gleam; it made an amazing difference. Rich is very efficient & neat. He brought a mat to the door to wipe his feet before he came in.

Rich returned my call promptly and came out and gave me a quote within days. I was able to schedule the work in about a week. He did nice work and put extra effort into cleaning our windows, which were very dirty, but he didn't charge extra for that. His work was very tidy and we had no problems. Great service. He even added in our 2 garage windows for free, which were not part of the original quote.

He responded to my inquires right away, came the next day to give me the estimate, e-mailed a written contract to me and the work was all done with a week. I couldn't ask for better.

Due to absolutely no fault of his own, he is quite a bit backed up, and I decided that I need to put my two teenage sons to work this summer. I would absolutely consider him in the future.

Rich gave a quote, explained the process, we agreed a price and a date. He work from 8-6pm and was very respectful of our house and family, worked very diligently and was very perfectionistic in his approach - he cleaned the kitchen windows several times because of the high levels of grease from the cooker. I would definitely rehire.

We called several window cleaning companies to get a price on our windows. Artistic was the only company that did not try to give us a price or over the phone. They wanted to come out to go over exactly what we wanted done and what type of windows we have. Every one else tried to just ball park it, get us to commit to doing the job and told us they would give us a firm price they day they would do the work. Artistic came right out, discussed what we wanted done and give us their written proposal. They reviewed the proposal with us in detail, asked to call them if we had any other question or concerns with it. We call them back a few days latter to schedule the work, we were able to pick a day and time that was convenient with us. Artistic showed up on the scheduled day and on time. They ask us if we had any questions or concerns before they started the work. We were extremely pleased not only how great the window came out but how careful and neat they were inside our home. Before entering they placed a floor mat at our front door to stand on, then placed shoe covers over their shoes before stepping off the mat. They also used a small drop cloth and towel that they moved in front of every window before cleaning it. All I can say is wow! After they were finished they asked if everything was OK. I have to say it was a great experience, not only do I highly recommend them, I won?t use anybody else!
