Robert Frank arrivied on time to give us an estimate. When he looked over the area and made recommendations about the type of material to be used, and explained what the completed project would entail I was sure this was the company to do the job.
 We had a one day delay on the actual roof work, but the supplies were delivered, placed where I requested not to block access, etc. Work was begun first thing in the morning once the team lead presented me with the permit and information. We checked the product to make sure it was correct and the two crews began working.
 They tarped the whole house and grounds after removing anything that might be damaged, such as landscaping lighting. Then the work began and I was amazed at how quickly they removed the old roof and started applying the new. They showed me the wood they needed to replace due to water damage as they said they would. The job was completed in one day, even though they needed additional material to finish some trim areas - these were brought and the job was complete.
 The cleanup was great at the end of the day, removing all nails and garbage. Like they had never been here, except for a wonderful new roof.
 I would recommend them to anyone.

Good Luck with this guy, this morning we called because it was raining so we thought he was not going to come and he got nasty.  
We had to cancel an appointment last week as something unexpected came up.  Today, he said that he could do his inspection from in the attic.  We were not expecting this and could not acomodate him today.  When we told him this, he got upset at which point we decided he was not the right contractor for us and told him at which point he got nasty and started yelling.
Unanticipated circumstances do occur.  As a contractor, he should be more understanding.  A short temper does not impress perspective customers.

From the beginning, everything was done professionally.  They promptly came out to give us an estimate.  When we decided to use them, we finalized the details and they gave us the approximate timing.  They stuck within the timing and called us a few days before to let us know when they would start.  It was a huge job because they removed the previous roof (roofs in some cases), replaced plywood where necessary and then put on the new roof.  They came at around 7:30 in the morning and left at 7:30 at night for two days and finished, even when it rained part of the time.  They left our house cleaner than when they arrived, making sure all debris was removed.  The third day a gutter subcontractor came and installed new gutters.  Then they came out to review the job and make sure we were satisfied.  It was a great experienc.

Job was done in a timely manner and looks great.Cleanup was better than expected.Would recommend them to anyone needing roof work...

Mr. Robert Frank showed up on time and looked in the attic and at the roof top.  He didn't try to convince me to do a large re-roofing job but instead gave me suggestions for some restorative measures I should try before I proceeded.  I will definitely keep them in mind if we need to have the roof redone.

He made suggestions about what materials to use in the various areas when we are ready to replace the roof. Suggested how to patch and not to hire a professional for that.

Robert came to the house for the free estimate - He seemed the best at diagnosing the issues and found something that no one else did - during the day the work was done his workers found another problem and repaired it - His workers did a great job and I was very happy with their work - I would hire them again and I would recommend them

They were very customer oriented and they wanted to make me happy. There were a couple of issues, but they were very eager to correct them.

It went great from start to finish

They were punctual, their price was fair, they did a good job and were neat and clean.  The did what they said and the sales man was easy to work with.

We have had a bad leak for a few months, and our original roofer was not returning our calls.  I called Saenz this morning and this afternoon Robert came by to look at the problem.  He checked the leaks indoors and then inspected the dormers, where the leak seems to be coming from.  He clearly explained the problem and the options we had.  I learned a lot that I wished I had known before about flashing and how to tell a quality installation.   For any other roofing problems I intend to call Robert, and I will be passing his name around to my friends.

Saenz's representative "Robert" was professional, knowledgable and credible.  I was confident that I had made the right decision to contract Saenz based upon my experience with Robert.  The roofing crew had an obviously strong work ethic and worked quite efficiently as a team. All Saenz associates were courteous and professional.

The job was completed on schedule and it was good qua[ity.  The price estimate was accurate and the job site was left clean of all debris.  Robert followed up after the job was completed to address any questions or concerns I may have had.  He is the type of individual I would attempt to recruit and hire if I were in the Roofing Business.

As it concerns my rating of "c" for responsiveness, that resulted from Douglass Saenz missing an appointment with me.  I'm sure it was an honest oversight due to his workload, but it didn't sit well with me. 

They are fantastic.  They were on time.  They were very clean and efficient.  I will recommend them indefinitely.  My neighbor found them out and he used them so I too used them.  Their price was pretty fabulously above the average.

Saenz was AMAZING!  Our sales guy Robert was always reachable & responded quickly whenever I called.  We called just before hurricane Irene came through & they were still able to get us in with all the other work they had.  We ended up needing to have a flat section of the roof replaced, as the previous contractor didn't install waterproofing.  Just the black felt/paper that goes under standard shingles.  Hence why we kept getting water in the house!

Saenz had 2 crews come out on Labor Day Monday to do the job & threw a bunch of guys on it so we wouldn't fall victim to more water damage with the coming rain, predicted for that afternoon.

I would recommend them in a heartbeat!  They were total professionals!

I tslked with 6 other roofers and they all offered similar specs. I never had bought a roof and didn't think beyond replacing what I had with exactly the same thing.. These reps didn't go beyond that. Robert Frank was the only rep that asked me: "If you were buying a new car, would you buy one exactly like your old one?" He pointed out the advances made in roofing and had a wealth of information. He spent a lot of time with me discussing the available options . I told him I'd like to lower my air conditioning costs and he recommended a new sun-reflective roof as well as adding a roof fan and venting system. He had answers to every question I asked (and I asked plenty). The man knows everything about roofs. Although the cost was higher than the other bids, I qualified for a $1500 energy tax credit, which brought the cost to $300 above the lowest bid I was given and I had also added a fan and intake system. I had the roof inspected and the inspector had glowing reports about the material and the installation. In fact, he's recommending this roof to a friend that is building a new home. .
