Was very professional. My water heater was leaking and the AHS contractor saw an opportunity and wanted to make money. Rich plumbing stepped in and I had a new water heater within few hours. Very satisfied.

Removing the old faucet proved to be much more difficult that at first thought - but eventually problems overcome! Contractor installed and cleaned up and kept to original estimate even though project took a lot longer. I had cheaper estimates but contractor paid a visit to preview the project and informed me of potential pitfalls. I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about and happy that I made this choice! Arrived on time and did a great job! Thanks

They were prompt. The tech, Luis came in and not only explained thoroughly what the problem might be caused by, advised on how it can be repaired and gave me an estimate 1/2 the price of the prior tech who checked out the water heater. but he also found a way to side step the issue and leave me with the unit working until I can get the part needed to be replaced. I would definitely refer to Rich's before any plumbing company in the future! Thanks Luis!

Luis was very courteous, patient and professional.

They responded rapidly and fixed my shower faucet which was leakng, my bathroom sink faucet which was leaking, the sink drain mechanism and replaced a faulty exterior faucet. All are holding up well and I would hire Dennis again.

Price was steep. Simple clog cost a lot.

I am pleased with the Job that Rich's Plumbing Co. did. I plan to use them in the future. They showed up on time and did an excellent job.

Very competant and efficient

Installed slop sink but low rating due to the questionable integrity of the plummer. A glass light cover was broken by the plummer during the install as i heard it fall and shatter from the adjoining room. Although the plummer had multiple opportunities to say something he did not. At the end i mentioned i heard something broke and his response was it almost hit me in the head. After that response i did not want to say more in fear of a workers comp issue. At the end the plummer began caviating various parts of his install and wanted me to initial items that we agreed were part of the install which he claimed to never say. I did not initial

They installed an obviously broken dishwasher, and only noticed it after finishing the installation. When a new unit comes, they charged me more than $200 for reinstallation. I cannot blame them for malfunction of a unit, but for obviously having a break-off piece inside the unit, they should not install it in the first place.

Great service

Plumber arrived early, got right to work, gave us options and recommendations for fixing a loose toilet. Price was $100 below other local plumbers. Job was done quickly, neatly. Plumber had the tools and the knowledge to do the job right the first time. I recommend Rich's service to anyone with a plumbing problem.
