The work was timely, professional and complete

The main office was quick to respond. They scheduled a plumber to come that afternoon between 2:00-4:00pm, and texted me the name of the plumber who would be coming! Nicholas showed up on time, not only gave me an estimate for the job, but was able to do the work right then. This was a small job, and it was not an emergency, so getting a plumber in was difficult (I already had two plumbers do a no-show on me). I did feel the price was high, but I was thankful to have someone reliable show up and do the work. Nicholas was quick, and neat. I am very happy with the work done, and I would call them again.

The employee installed a new toilet but I later found out he didn't line the bottom with wax. A week later water leaked out the bottom due to a clog

Great technicians

poor customer service and not honest!!!! Tom replaced a circulator pump that probably did not need replacing and charged me 675. one month later my heat not working again and now he wants another 850 to replace and remove some valves. Does that sound honest to you. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau in hopes they will somehow make it right,

Appointment to replace a broken drain pipe was handled very professionally. The workers were up front with the problem, advised of the possible problem that could occur if the pipe inside the wall was further deteriorated. Quoted a price and fixed the problem with no complications. The two plumbers were courteous and most of all very neat in their work and clean up. I would hire again!
