• Responsiveness needs work. Many texts and voicemails before a response on many ocassions. (except for $)
• Bill needs to be on the site more often, sometimes the workers bickered/argued  with each other over how something sould be done.......a bit amateurish.
•  Make sure that everything discussed with the price is put in writing. A couple of things would have been overlooked had I not reminded him of what we discussed. 
• Originally stated a one year guarantee on the installation (shifting of pavers), but refused to put it in writing when I paid the final installment.   He said there shouldn't be a problem with the installation and that the wording of the guarantee would be too involved to write at the moment. So I asked him to email me the guarantee, which he agreed to. Bill never sent me the guarantee, even after I texted him a month later.
• I was planning to hire this company again for pavers in my yard, but changed my mind.

It went well. I had recently gotten screwed over my another landscaper. I needed the job done quickly. Iovino's, called me back that night, came to give me a quote the following morning, started that afternoon and completed the job a full day later. Everything was done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. 
The workers worked very hard and were very polite and friendly. So was the owner. 
We kept in touch over the phone and through texts messages. He got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions right away.
The work was done well and everything looks really nice. I like how it came out. 

I found this landscaper on Angie list and in  local magazines . I called them 3 times some time in June and also e-mailed them from there site. No response. I asked for a estimate for some hard scaping stone walkway and patio and fire pit. Never got a peek from them . Even a Sorry too busy or we don't do that.  Oh well live and learn reached out other landscapers who what the job.

The landscaping is beautiful! We've gotten lots of comments, including several people who said we should rent out the space for weddings. We've had occasional issues, as it seems there always are when you hire people to do work, but we've generally been very happy with the service. The worst problem I can think of is that we lost a few plants that we wanted saved, but those got replaced.
Bill is great to work with, but you sometimes have to be patient. He gets busy and doesn't always get back to you as quickly as you'd like.

The estimate was for $ 3500.  He came real quick and gave me an estimate.  He looked around the property and sent me the quote.  He was okay.  I will not consider using him in the future.

They are excellent. I will use them again.

THIS COMPANY DOES A TERRIFIC JOB ON OUR LAWN. WHENEVER I CALL THEM THE ALWAYS RETURN MY CALLS PROMPTLY. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND DO QUALITY WORK. I REALLY LIKE THEM.
