Very polite very professional but did not resolve my issue.

Had issue with yellow jackets that had a hive underneath our siding with some coming into basement. Anchor responded right away and took care of the situation the next day. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely hire them again if needed.

Lewis sold me on Anchor by his knowledge, experience and his personable manner. He showed me pictures and explained what the technician would do would. He kept in touch and was available for any questions. The tech showed up right on time and was very professional. I liked what he did. I had gotten three estimated from three different companies. Anchor was a bit more expensive but I definitely chose the right company. You get what you pay for and I got excellent service.

Extremely easy to deal with and speedy service

Very knowledgeable and effective. I was dealing with a wasp issue for a month and had another service do treatments for weeks with no improvement. We saw results right after their treatment and the issued was basically solved within a week.

Lewis was very good about responding and explaining things. He was efficient and answered all my questions.

I was contacted quickly and kept in the loop the entire time. Louis was very professional and right on point. I got a real education about squirrels.

I have been using Anchor for a little over year and I am very happy with their service and all of their service people from customer service to everyone who has been to my home. Lewis was my first contact - phone and in person. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. With the exception of the last 14 months I have lived my entire life in the city. (I’m a grandmother; that’s a lot of moons.). My initial reason for calling was for these almost microscopic practically transparent ants that had suddenly appeared on my kitchen counter. He checked out them, my entire home inside and out, and even warned me about the carpenter ant hotel in my neighbour’s yard on the opposite side of my driveway. He did not try to sell me things I didn’t need or make claims that could not be fulfilled. I signed up for an ongoing contract and, whenever I have called, they’ve arrived. By saying that, I don’t want to give the impression their products don’t work. I’m talking about a nest of wasps that moved to my roof. And identifying those spotted lantern flies. Speaking of, the fellow who came and identified them called his office and they both warned me it would be very expensive to treat the two trees if I chose to go that route and there was no guarantee the flies would be gone for good. By the way, I did not. I have been very pleased with Anchor’s service and highly recommended them

Anchor Pest Control and Lewis in particular have been extremely professional and helpful. Was looking for a regular pest control contract and reached out to several companies. Anchor pest control stood out in their clear responses, and treatment schedule and speed as well cost. Lewis was very professional and always prompt in returning any calls/questions I had. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly professional, knowledgable and thorough with the subject. Lewis did a great job in coordinating the pest control project. Always available and responsive to questions. Jose, Gary, Robert all were very patient and answered all my questions and did a fantastic job at addressing the issue. They are reasonably priced. I cant thank enough for their work!!
