The worst problem of the house was the floors especially the floor at the entry way. I had tried in the past to clean it by buying a hoover deluxe floormate cleaner. I used that with the hoover floor solution but although it did get dirt off there was a lot left. Emeli got it a lot cleaner than I did. I was very pleasantly surprised. The only thing is it takes them time to work their miracles. I had hired them for 8 hours to do 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room and a kitchen and they needed another hour to do the Sun room and the laundry room which meant an extra $80.00. I have no experience with cleaning services so I don't know how much time they should take maybe cleaning takes a lot of time. I know they worked very hard and the results were very good.

Excellent work, doing much more than expected and with a greater scope of work completed. Very conscious of keeping me informed of time expected and arriving at that time. Fully mindful of my needs and done with professionalism and graciousness. Provided a few extra services that were godsends for me. Extreme care was executed in the work they provided. Very, very pleased. This was a professional organization that clearly was committed to pleasing us in every way. They arrived within the time frame that they said they would and they performed as a team in a very organized and methodical fashion. Bathrooms were done, floors, dusting, windows and even the 'fridge was cleaned out. The house smells terrific once again. We've had other "companies" out in years past but Emeli has outperformed all of them. We were so pleased that I've already asked them to come back on a bi-weekly basis. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I arranged a time on Wednesday between 2-3 pm. The service had not arrived and at 3:00 pm I called and was told they were on the way. At 4 pm I called again and was told they were stuck in traffic. I offered an alternate date at anytime in the afternoon on Thursday. This was not satisfactory to the company. Since the original time took a week to arrange, the company should have met their obligation or at least worked out something to meet my alternate date.

"Hello I do apologize about it the inconvenience. After you purchase the service on june 12 I reach you to schedule your appointment and you said you week looks full so both agree to do on June 19. The schedule was ready for that date but unfortunately that day was a big storm so the crew had you cleaning appointment running a little late because place where they come from had same traffic, flooding and tree falling down on the street. I keep you on notice on what was happening about the daley and I suggested if we could do any other day anytime and you said it's will be a little hard for you because you have a few doctors appointments. Again I do apologize and if you still interesting we can work out the best time to scheduling your cleaning appointment."

- did not take the time to explain what the cleaning would include -Did not clean the trim when specifically asked to. - in a BIG hurry - did not do quality service only superficial. - no explaining of products used - came 12 minutes after 9 am - too expensive for the service provided.

Nelson & Sandra showed up and cleaned my house from top to bottom I was so impressed with the work they did not only did they follow my instructions but they even did more! Emeli Cleaning Service did an excellent job. Five people worked for 4 hours and have the place ready for our new tenants. In particular, the stoves and tubs that I thought were destined to be dingy are now sparkling. They did a great job deep cleaning our house and I will certainly hire them again in the future.

Excellent work. Above and beyond the normal cleaning duties. Three people came and cleaned the areas I needed, and cleaned elsewere until their time was up. Everything was spotless in no time. Very nice, easy to deal with. Hire with confidence.

I called and left a message to discuss services that would be provided, my call was promptly returned. On the day of services Nelson arrived with one employee and all supplies needed. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of my house being cleaned, halfway through another worker ( Sandra) came to help, at this point I was asked to survey what was cleaned and if there was anything left undone or needed more attention, nothing was left undone. I decided then have services rendered every two weeks. It's been about two months now and I still don't have a complaint. Great job... I would highly recommend.

Working business partners Nelson and Sandra have been outstanding in every way. We have a beautiful 5000+ square foot home and they have been coming every week or every two weeks (we set the calendar in advance) - usually the two of them with one or two other staff and work 2+ hours. We have been using their services for over a year, and can confidently recommend them for top quality work, great communication, professionalism, friendliness, and trustworthiness. They ask for feedback during every visit. My home always looks spectacular everywhere after their work. They are truly pro cleaners. Highly recommended.

House Cleaning - Came in Very Professionally - knew what to do without telling them. Cleaning fans, ceilings, as well as house smelled very clean when done with his secret scent ! They also ask you to check if everything ok before they leave.

Emeli Cleaning Service was excellent! They arrived on schedule and cleaned everything--even places I didn't even know were dirty! As both my wife and I work from home is was frustrating not to have the run of the house for the few hours, but it was definitely well worth it and we will hire them again without question!

We were very pleased with Emeli’s service. They were very thorough and did a phenomenal job. They stayed until they finished what they needed to do and were pleasant throughout. Better than I expected, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE BRILLIANT!!! I live in California but have a property we are trying to sell. Obviously being so far away I have to rely in contractors / agents to help me. I have been ripped off 3 times in the past and almost lost faith but finally I have found someone (Nelson) who goes above and beyond what is asked of him. So they went in to give a thorough clean for a 4 bedroom house in the freezing cold and did a great job, plus collected all the trash the tenants left, identified toilet leaks / broken blinds, holes in doors. Nelson is going back in after the storm (with a very good price) and is going to shovel our long driveway, fix our toilet and remove any junk, I cannot recommend this company highly enough for any needs. I hear they clean carpets, handyman, power wash, clean, rental management and really were the cheapest I found. P.s. I have never met anyone at this company and do not work for them, this is just an honest review for a well deserving Company. I did hire Lety's cleaning but they let me down a day before I scheduled, the day before we had a viewing, those guys I wouldn't review.
