Purchased for deep cleaning but very ordinary cleaning was done. Bathroom was kept dirty even after asking to do multiple times. Owner was very good, but need to hire better staff.

Nelson and his crew arrived promptly and did a very professional job! They were very thorough and made sure to focus on areas that were requested. I have never had a cleaning service in this home before but if my budget allows, I would definitely hire this one again.

Nelson de Leon and his team are very good and very nice. I have used them for a year or so and they have always done an excellent job. They also cleaned and organized my garage last year. Did a really good job.

Nelson and his crew were fantastic. He was so courteous, kind, and professional. They did a great job checking off the list of cleaning services I prioritized for their visit. They were efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'm thrilled by the service they provided- from scheduling flexibility ahead of time, to the way they got down to work upon arrival, and even stayed a little longer to include a task I asked about towards the end. Nelson went out of his way before, during and after to ensure I was satisfied with the job they did. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

The job went very well. Nelson called before the appointed time to confirm. He and his workers arrived at the scheduled time. We discussed the jobs I wanted them to complete. Everyone got to work and all items were completed in a professional manner.. At the end of the time, I checked the work and found that everything was more than satisfactory. The people were pleasant and made a great effort to complete the tasks promptly and properly..I would definitely us them again.

They were friendly, very hard working and efficient but my husband had to go over some areas after they left as they weren't done well enough to leave. If we still lived in the area I would try them again and just tell them to be a little more careful and point out what was needed in more detail. Nice to work with and fair pricing.

"I can't believe how the people don't appreciate the hard work. I was with my team cleaning the entire house and either when he was moving-out by himself we was cleaning between the furniture and all items he had all over and every single room. But I feel satisfied we did a good job. That is one of the risk (owners business) have to take it either if we do the best the people still talking bad things. No Problem I know is more people that believe and appreciate our work. That is why we here. sincerely NELSON"

Nelson and 2 of his employees arrived on time and did a great job cleaning all the areas we requested. It took about 3 hours. They went above and beyond with dusting and vacuuming the rest of the house. We are very happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. We won't hesitate to book them again.

Emeli did an amazing job. I cannot believe how good my house looks! They brought extra crew members so they could complete the job faster. They did more work than I asked for, got my dirty bathroom floor gleaming and my hardwood floors spotless. My kitchen floor and counter look great. They dusted absolutely everywhere removing all the dust in the house. I am very pleased, I will be hiring them again soon and I highly recommend them.

From the very beginning, he was very unresponsive. You'll have to call 3-5 times and you're lucky if you get a response. He was a no-call no-show twice as well. The last time I tried to schedule him to come out, he called the day before saying that he wanted to come at 8 AM. I had asked him to call me back to reschedule since the time he wanted to come wouldn't work for me because my mom is elderly and she wouldn't be able to leave the room that early. I never heard from him. I had called, texted and even sent him a message on Angie's List. He finally responded to my message and said that he could not accommodate my schedule, even though I was very flexible. I've just decided that I am done trying to work with him. Respond To Service Provider 11.12.2019 You are right. I'm glad I have a cleaning now for two years. That are very reliable . Provider who used dispiriting comment, should not work with the public.
